I had to quickly find a mattress as my old one was a hand-me-down 10 year old mattress that was hard as a brick. My whole body hurt throughout the day. I like to do my research and after watching reviews, reading reviews and talking to people, I settled on the Purple. I have never been so happy. I am a side sleeper and my arms no longer fall asleep at night. I wake up without pain and feeling like I had a full night of sleep. Thank you for the great product!

I bought the mattress, frame and bed sheet about a year ago. Frame as squeaky so got it replaced after 1-2 months having it. Liked the mattress but it didn't hold up. Had an indent after just a year. Also bought a sheet as well. Had a hole after 1-2 wash even after following the care instructions. Customer support was bad. Took an entire a month for them to finally process the replacement which is fine since they're so backed up and I don't need it to be sent right away anyway. But then they sent it on the wrong even though I repeatedly told them to send it after a centain day (twice email, twice phone call). All in all, liked the products but they didn't hold up very well and they're not cheap either. I bought multiple things and every single one of them had some sort of problems so it couldn't just that I got a lemon. Mattress indent seems to be a pretty common thing as I know someone who also has the same problem after about a year as well. Even though I liked the stuff, I would just rather get some other brand for better quality and customer support.

The Purple mattress had two immediate positive effects for us. First, my wife felt less pain at pressure points on the very first night. Second we both sleep more soundly as measured by waking up fewer times during the night and feeling more rested in the morning. In addition, my left shoulder seems to feel better (I sleep on my left side), but that is less quantifiable than the first two benefits. We also purchased the Purple mattress cover and Purple sheets. The mattress cover works as expected. The bottom sheet is nice and stretchy, but we keep getting tangled up in the top sheet. This happened nearly every night for two weeks. We're going to start using the top sheet as an un-fitted bottom sheet. Anyway, we're quite happy.

Ditched the 12 year old foam mattress which was hot and unsupportive! The $3,000.00+ price I'd seen for something "better" didn't impress me. But this Purple queen and Sheez have made a world of difference. I have had surgeries on my back, left shoulder and left wrist and could not sleep on my back or left side for years, now I can and in comfort! Thank you fo your wonderful product!

WE WERE SKEPTICAL ABOUT PURCHASING A MATTRESS ONLINE BUT THE VIDEO PRETTY MUCH SOLD IT FOR US. WE WERE MOVING AND WANTED TO GET A KING MATTRESS SO IT WAS PERFECT TIMING FOR US. ONCE THE PURPLE MATTRESS CAME WE UNPACKED AND LAYED ON IT. OH MAN! FEELS AWESOME! MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING GREAT EVERY NIGHT SINCE WE GOT IT! TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY THIS MATTRESS IS ACTUALLY CHEAP COMPARED TO HIGH END ONES SOLD AT MATTRESS STORES THOSE ARE LIKE $3K AND UP. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO SHIP BUT YOU KNOW THEY'RE IN HIGH DEMAND WHEN THAT HAPPENS SINCE THEY'RE SELLING LIKE HOT CAKES! TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!

We're pretty happy with the mattress so far. I had expected to sink into it a little more than what it feels like, but my body feels good and it's very supportive. Neither my husband or I have had any creaks or sore bones since sleeping on the Purple. I will say that I wish the mattress was thicker for my bed, or, had a matching base to beef it up available for purchase.

I suffer from back and shoulder injuries after a long career in Law Enforcement. Prior to getting my purple mattress, I couldn't sleep for more than an hour or two before waking up in agony. I slept for 9 hours straight my first night on the Purple mattress. I've had a good night sleep every night since. Thank you Purple

After years of research, I finally decided to purchase a Purple mattress. Much to my dismay, it was a mistake! This is not the right mattress for a lightweight side sleeper! The grid won't even bend, therefore there is no support. It feels like I'm sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor except with a grid that leaves my skin aching along with my muscles. I keep hoping it will soften or my body will adjust but after almost two months it still hurts. I will probably have to return it, where it will most likely be dumped in a landfill because the promise of recycling is not realistic. Buyers beware-I think you need to be a heavy back sleeper to possibly make this mattress work.

My husband and I spent months researching which mattress to buy. At first I was hesitant about going with a purple because I read a few reviews that mentioned waking up sore and not being a good mattress for side sleepers. I have not had any problems with this mattress, and have actually slept better since we got it than I have in YEARS. My husband used to wake up with a sore back and neck and since we've switched to this new purple mattress all his aches and pains have gone away. I am an "all over the place" sleeper. Sometimes on my back, sometimes on my side, other times on my stomach. This mattress feels great no matter how I sleep on it. For reference, my husband is 6'3, 200 pounds and I am 5'6, 150 pounds. We both love this mattress! I knew I didn't want a full memory foam mattress because I hate that sinking "help I'm stuck and I can't get out" feeling. This mattress is foamy enough that I don't feel him get in and out of bed, but springs back enough that I don't sink into a crevice. BUY THIS BED!

I got the original purple mattress, with free sheets. The mattress and sheets are wonderful, however the sheets have begun to pill already. The pillow i also baught is incredibly heavy butmy wife says she loves it.. My wife absolutely adores this mattres and pillow.
