While the mattress is great (just like my last Purple), the shipping experience was awful. A week later than promised and sent to the wrong place. When I contacted Purple they didn't seem to care much. I was told "fill out a form and we'll let you know what we'll do for you." Service fail!

My daughter has a Purple mattress and really likes hers. I though it would really help me sleep better with less pain but that's not really the case. It's not very comfortable. I thought it would be softer than it is. It's very fine which I don't like and that should be explained when describing this mattress.

My wife likes our 8 year old mattress better. She says purple is not terrible. I'm a little disappointed as the support isn't as good as I expected, sometimes I wake i up with my back a little sore. We got the mid firm maybe full firm would have been better.

Have gotten so much better sleep since upgrading to this mattress. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering it!

Comfortable. supportive and reduces body aches and pains upon waking.

It doesn't sag. My husband weight more and I'm not sliding on him now.

It's so comfortable, firm but not too hard. My son recommended it, and I've never looked back. This is the 2nd time I'm purchasing for myself.
