From the purchasing process to in-home setup, the Purple Original Mattress has been the best decision I have ever made regarding a mattress. Although Purple is not the cheapest option, the constant promos that are run help alleviate the cost. Getting the mattress set up in-home was somewhat tricky so I would suggest getting some help move the near 200 pound box that the mattress is shipping in. As another suggestion, make sure to follow the guidelines for the mattress foundation as far as the space between boards. When my wife and I moved from a 9 inch space to 3 inches you could feel a dramatic shift in firmness of the mattress. All in all, not matter the type of sleeper you are, you will be happy with a purchase of this mattress, but make sure to do some research as these types of beds do not work like other memory foam or spring mattresses.

I love my purple mattress, I am a restless sleeper and would normally toss and turn all night and be unable to stay comfortable in one position for long. This is all gone with the Purple. It also does not transfer a lot of motion, so my wife is sleeping better now as well since when I do roll over I am not waking her up.

i thought i had insomnia and would be awake for hours on end until 3 in the morning just not being able to get settled enough to sleep. after i go this mattress i immediately noticed how much faster i feel asleep on this mattress. love this purple bed!

Extremely comfortable bed, and ever since I made the switch I no longer wake up with neck and back pain. However, I did put the memory foam mattress topper leftover from my previous bed on top because I didn't love the texture of the grids. Kinda like sleeping on a big comfy waffle, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I think I prefer a smoother surface.

I got the Purple mattress (Twin XL) for my wife, who'd been complaining for 2 years that our Serta was too hard and she was having difficulty sleeping. After a week on the Purple, she says it's the most comfortable one and has given her the best sleep she's ever had. I may have to go ahead and buy one for myself!

I was on a horrible mattress for two years. I would wake up in pain. I was sleeping on the floor for a month before I decided to get the purple mattress. When it arrived I worried that it would not work for me. After the first night I was still in pain, the second night was a little better. I have had this mattress for a month now and I am very happy. There is no more pain.

I would say the entire experience was disappointing from end to end...from the product through customer service. We placed our order and after two weeks of radio silence, we finally called Purple. I asked for a return call and no one returned it. So I called again and the customer service rep said it had already shipped. We were supposed to have received a notification and did not. Hard to believe that it had actually shipped at that time because we still didn't receive the mattress for another two weeks. Once we got the mattress, we didn't find it comfortable at all. My husband is a side sleeper. He would sleep for about the first four hours and then wake up with the side of his body in pain, not able to fall back asleep. I sleep on my back and stomach, and I didn't think it was comfortable either. We stuck with it for 30 days hoping it would get better, but it never did. It's a really hard mattress. It seemed like our bodies didn't sink into it at all. Very uncomfortable. On the upside, the return process was pretty easy. They had a company come pick it up quickly and they refunded our money within 4 or 5 business days.

Slept in our new purple bed last night for the first time. It is so comfortable. Husband suffered 3rd degree burns over 40% of his body a year ago. This caused multiple issues including neuropathy and atrophy. He hasn't slept well since he came out of a coma several months after the accident. He slept last night. Need I say more?!

Our total experience, from ordering on the website to installation of our son's new bed, went flawlessly. So well that my husband and I decided to upgrade our own bed! The experience was the same! My wife and I love our new Purple Mattress. We had previously purchased a memory foam mattress but had to get rid of it because it was sleeping so hot. The Purple Mattress is GREAT for those that sleep hot, and really comfortable. So glad we purchased this!
