My husband and I struggle with bulging disc and our purple mattress is helping with the battle. In the past twenty years we replaced our mattress every 3 to 5 years. I struggle with other lower back issues and have woke up to no pain most days. Yoga is required for muscles... purple has been a life changer... Looking forward to summer...

I have arthritis my spine, my hips and knees sometimes hurt that it was hard for me to sleep. For the first time I slept without feeling the mattress pressure on my back or my hips. I don't know how to explain it after I relax to sleep the fact that I stop feeling the mattress under me helps me to fall asleep faster. the pain doesn't wake me up.

I have the original purple and it has helped my lower back tremendously. I used to be hunched over like old man when getting out of bed but since sleeping on the purple mattres my lower back has gotten much better. Am I 100% pain free? No, but I am a lot better off after getting the purple bed

This mattress has definitely aliviated most of my neck and back pain. No miracle but it is way way better. I was a little apprehensive about the pillow when I first unpackaged it and it did take a night or two to get used to it but it has helped with my neck pain

We are so disappointed in our Purple Mattress. We bought it 9/18/2017. The first month was rough. We knew there was a break-in period so we stuck with it. It did take time to get used to it, but then it was amazing! For the first time in 10 years I wasn't having pressure points in my hips that burned and hurt and went numb. My husband and I were both sleeping great! I even came back and bought the Purple Pillows 2/3/2019 because we liked Purple so much! Fast forward to 2021 and that all slowly started to change. Now, December 2021 we are ready to sleep on the floor instead of this mattress. We have been waking up for months with sore backs and hips and legs. I'm a side sleeper and my hips have been killing me with the pressure points. The burning and hurting is unbearable. We are not getting any sleep at all and haven't for months. I wish we had never bought this mattress. My old pillow top mattress lasted WAY LONGER than this Purple Mattress did. SO disappointed to spend that much money on something that did not last 4 years!!!

I wanted to love this mattress, and I gave it the recommended trial period plus some, but sleeping on it made my sciatica pain SO much worse!! Its WAY TOO SOFT, NOT supportive at all! My husband and I are Healthcare workers, on our feet all day long working through a global pandemic and need a good nights rest, but this mattress has both of us up all night tossing and turning. Unfortunately we purchased it to set up in our new home and COVID delays kept it in the box past the 100 day return trial. I'm sooo disappointed and upset that we can't return it. We threw away a great deal of hard earned money on a mattress that is VERY uncomfortable and made my back pain worse. Might be ok for some but DO NOT recommended if you have any type of back or disc radicular pain.

I was sleeping on an innerspring-memory foam hybrid mattress with a pillow top. It started sagging and getting obvious dips in the mattress in just a couple years. I started having extreme pain in my neck, shoulders, and eventually down my arms. I started going to a chiropractor for the pain. That helped some, but she recommended getting a new mattress. I researched for weeks. I liked the idea of having the mattress delivered to my door and was going back and forth between two when my boyfriend showed me Purple. It was different from everything else out there, so I decided to try it. I've been sleeping on my Purple mattress for a couple months now. It's difficult to describe the feel of the mattress. It's firmer than I'm used to, but soft at the same time. I don't sink down into the mattress. It seems to hug my body in all the right places for support. I never wake up hot like I used to, and I no longer have to go to the chiropractor. The pain is gone. My sleep seems to be deeper and more restful. I hope that it lasts longer than my last mattress, because as of right now, it's the best mattress I've ever had.

my wife and I both had bad back pain and she has scoliosis. Our memory foam bed caved in the middle after one year of having it we always woke up in pain. This bed has made THE BIGGEST difference. You don't sink into a bed of sweat and heat, you lay so comfortably on top of a cool to the touch bed and the SHEETS ARE AMAZING. BREATHABLE STRETCHY AND SO SOFT. The bed frame was so easy to put together I predicted it'd take me an hour or so. No. It took FIVE MINUTES. I recommend this bed to everyone

Absolutely impressed by the tech behind this mattress. It's an amazing combination of leading edge materials and common sense approaches to any and all issues a mattress should address. And speaking of great combinations...the perfect mix of support and comfort is just, simply amazing! I speak so highly, and so often about Purple...that people have begun to wonder if I own a piece of the company. :) Love the mattress! Love the concept! Keep doing what you're doing...and let's see if you can't cover the world in Purple!

This is the absolute best mattress on the market. Hands down. I spent about 6 hours total researching the mattress that would work best for me, and Purple 4 kept coming out on top of every category. The price was very steep, but I truly believe it is worth every cent. I'm disabled on top of a chronic pain disorder and an autoimmune disease, and I can't sleep on any other surface without excruciating pain. This mattress is the only thing that has helped me. The first 3 days is very hard to get used to. The material feels so foreign, it's almost like you're going to fall off. I don't feel anything like that anymore. In fact, most regular mattresses feel incredibly stiff to me now. I can't recommend this mattress enough.
