After getting our Purple mattress, my fiance and I don't want to stay at hotels anymore-- we've never experienced a bed as comfortable as the one we ordered from this company. My fiance has had chronic back problems and could never get a proper night's sleep until we discovered Purple. We both agree-- getting this mattress was one of the best decisions we've made. In addition, Purple provided us with excellent customer service. When the first mattress we ordered was slightly smaller than the specifications listed, Purple sent us a new, correctly-sized mattress at no additional cost. My 3rd night using the purple mattress and I'm impressed. Really enjoying. Got another memory foam mattress to try and wasn't that good and runs really hot. I'm impressed with the purple softness and firmness at the same time. I'm a athlete and was having lower back problem and need it a firmer mattress, with the purple I found it plus is comfortable. I'm enjoying my blob pillow as I call.

This was my second purple mattress (different size). The first was so great that I was only going back to purple when I was upgrading sizes. The mattress provides great support and do not cause me to sleep hot and sweat like my old memory foam. Very comfortable. I bought this for my grandson who's 17 and has a bone disease. His first night sleeping on the bed, he said he got the best night sleep of his life! I am a night shift nurse. Sleeping during the day has always been hard. Being in Florida, it's naturally hotter during the day so I was always super hot and wouldn't sleep well. The cooling effects of our purple mattress help me sleep during the day, not to mention it is super comfortable and I NEVER wake up with back pain anymore. My wife and I, when we do sleep at the same time, love that when one moves, the other doesn't feel it. Definitely recommend this to anyone having sleeping problems, or anyone at all. This mattress was always too firm for us. We did everything they suggested we do- we walked on it, used it for a month, tried sleeping in different positions, but in the end never were very happy with it. What we were GENUINELY happy with was the truly 100% money-back, hassle-free return. They were awesome about it when we asked to return it.

If I was a back sleeper this mattress would be perfect. Because I snore, I have to sleep on my side and I usually wake up with an slight aching shoulder. This might just be a personal issue but I didn't have this with my old mattress. Overall I still love the bed and will continue to search for a position where my shoulder feels comfortable

After looking at all of the advertisements for purple I decided to purchase the hybrid 2. The first week I woke up hurting feeling like I slept on the floor. After the 3rd week the mattress has gotten a little softer but I wake with a little pain. I'm willing to upgrade to the highest mattress they have and pay the difference just to give them another chance.

Having the purple mattress was one of the best investments in my life. The first thing I noticed about the purple mattress is that, typically I sleep on my side and when I sleep on any other bed I will periodically wake up because of my sides or hips being sore. Throughout the night i'll wake up a couple times to roll around and come morning i've slept, but it sure wasn't a restful sleep. With the purple mattress I sleep on my sides and I wake up on the same side with no pain on my hips. I really do appreciate the purple company for their products, I can tell they've done their research for creating the best possible bed. Thank you!

Pros: Very comfortable and supportive at the same time. Springy feeling. Easy to get in and out of. Never feel stuck/sunken in feeling. Keeps cool throughout the night. High quality materials. Cons: Edge support not the greatest Other thoughts: I wish the bed was thicker/taller.
