First off the bad and it's not even the bed it's the company Why send the sample with the bed that stupid send it first so we can feel before we order. Now with that being said the bed is awesome after having years of back pain due the military first night took it away and my back has been feeling great can sleep in any position and I sleep almost all night not the beds fault

I have tempurpedic, Serta, and some other brands at different houses, Purple is nothing like the rest, it is consistent good night's sleep. The bed I use the most had been overlooked and had become horrible, a visible wave could be noticed from several feet away where hips and shoulders indented. I'm 6'2" 208 and do construction, as I get older, my body becomes less tolerant. I could barely get out of bed some mornings after my mattress had "adjusted" my spine, since purchasing this mattress five months ago, not a single pain or issue. I bought the base line model, not wanting to get too deep into a bed I may not like, now, I'm going to replace three other beds with these and I'm going to try the 4" mattress. I think I've written two reviews in my life, most products are pretty much the same, you pay for the advertising, but this bed is different. Probably not for everybody, nothing is, but it's exceptional.

It felt more comfortable when I laid it on the floor to sleep on versus when I put it on a bed frame, but it might just be a problem with the bed frame. Overall super satisfied with this purchase. Paired it with some buttery soft linen sheets and black out curtains and now I sleep so much better and am better able to sleep longer on my back, which was the goal!!!

This was by far the best decision I made in 2017! So worth the money invested and saves me so much money going to the chiropractor constantly. As a side sleeper beds are hard to find that don't make you sore one way or a another... this keeps my spine supported without that awful hip pain the next day I love it! GET ONE! #YOUREWORTHIT ;P

We hadn't bought a new mattress in over 12 years. The Purple mattress came vie FedEx, was easy to unroll and set up, and my wife and I noticed a huge difference the next morning. I would highly recommend the Purple mattress to anyone with back issues and/or looking to get a good night's rest again.

I work shifts and my wife stays with our toddler at the house most days, so sleep is difficult to come by and is often interrupted. This mattress literally relaxes you and sucks you in with the perfect balance of comfort, support, and cooling, that even with toddler noise in the house, the sleep I'm getting is so deep nothing bothers me.

Overall, I have been happy with the mattress. Good support and without painful pressure points. While it is much better than my last mattress, I do wish it had a little more support or firmness for my back. I feel as if my torso does sink down further than my extremities causing some back pain on longer night sleeps.

The only comment I would have is you should let customers know that a box spring isn't necessary if your using a platform frame to support the purple mattress we thought we needed a box spring and spent extra money we didn't need to spend. We are using the box spring anyway it makes the mattress firmer than with out I love these mattresses and can't sleep in anything else

Long story short. I have suffered from back pain for years. I was to the point that I felt I would be this way for the rest of my life. I was wrong! Imagine that. It all started with my daughter complaining of her old mattress. I asked her to do some research and tell me what she thought she needed. She came back a week later and said one word, Purple. So I checked it out. Really, the egg thing? That was then, this is now. I finally decided to order it, for me to try and if it didn't work, then the mattress would be hers. The first night on the Purple mattress and I was amazed! The second night I was totally sold. By the third night my back pain was history! Think about it, I am 70 years old with NO back pain. This is the only mattress I will ever own. Period. I had to order another Purple Original for her and she is so happy. This mattress is so unbelievable. It is incredible the restful sleep I get. When I wake up in the morning I just lay there and feel so comfortable. When I finally do get up, I literally have to tell myself not to get back in bed it feels that good. Thank you for bringing this mattress to market.

The worst thing a company can do is listen to a customer issue, promise a call-back and then never call-back. I have called Purple's customer service about 6 or 7 times regarding their referral program and I have received a different answer each time plus a call-back promise. Never once did the company try to call back and provide a solution. Stay clear away from them because if your order is not correct or you have an issue good luck working with a company that doesn't communicate internally nor care about returning calls.
