I was nervous about buying a bed online having never felt the bed before. My curiosity got the better of me and I'm so glad it did. I loved this bed right away. For a long time I've had a lot of back and neck pain and trouble sleeping. My sleep and comfort have greatly improved since getting the Purple Mattress. I love this bed!

I have scoliosis and fractured my back when I was 14. I've always had trouble sleeping and wake up sore. When I wake up with this bed I'm not as sore. I can also sleep on my side without my arm going numb! I think the bed is good but maybe could be better. Or it's just my body..who knows. I also was a little disappointed in the pillow I bought. It just needs to be a little thicker. It feels like I'm not using one. I like how I don't sink into it or crank my neck at a 90 degree angle but I just wish it wasn't as thin. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase though.

I haven't had a bed since 2011 since then I primarily slept on couches since it was cheaper. I decided after breaking my third couch to get a real bed and let me tell you this it is worth every penny. I saw the purple bed online and doubted their claims but was willing to get one since they have that 30~100 night warranty or whatever. Dude it was awesome, you spend like a 1/3 of your life asleep might as well sleep on something that's worth it.

The quality seems excellent. The bed is a little too firm for my liking and I'm having some hip and shoulder pain bc of the firmness. Still trying to get used to it. I do love that the bed doesn't build up any body heat while sleeping. Fingers crossed that I can get used to the firmness.

The mattress is pretty comfortable! My only problem was the unloading- the cutting tool was wayyyyy at the bottom of the tube that the mattress comes in, so it was impossible to get unless I cut the whole thing open with scissors anyway. And it unrolled upside-down so I had to flip it over.

Fedex has no care for the packages they ship. Our frame arrived in a what could barely be called a box with dents in it. Fortunately the dents where in places that aren't seen when the mattress is on the frame. Other than that we love the mattress and the frame is nice and sturdy.

After about 6 months the mattress began to sag. It felt like sleeping in a canoe. To roll out of the sag took some effort. Over two years I have moved to about every spot only to have it do the same over time. To their credit they have recently replaced the mattress at no cost. Time will tell if the new one will do the same. Maddie at customer service was very helpful. For what it's worth this mattress replaced a even more expensive Temperpedic which behaved similarly

During the first 100 nights it was honestly really nice to sleep in but now my back, sides and neck are killing me. DAILY. I honestly hate to sleep now and I can't afford to just throw the bed away now. I'm actually really really sad about it. I really wish I could finally sleep comfortably. It was the new Purple Bed "2" I guess I should have gotten the old one.

I am a hard worker with way more to physically live up to than my body can truly handle after a lifetime of ranching and working. I go to bed hurt from something that happened during the day or simple overexertion more days than not. It is very rare that I have woken up feeling rested. my purple mattress seems to shorten my healing time exponentially and each night contributes to less overall back and body tension. I received body work and use a foam roller. Both my therapist and myself have noticed remarkable differences in the issues my body has. The support for my curvy body allows my big hips and broad shoulders to sink in and my narrow waist to get relief and support. I am no longer bent in three different places no matter how I lay. I actually looked forward to going to bed every night instead of being sure that I will only toss and turn. I no longer bolt out of bed at 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning because I cannot lay down comfortably another minute. Purple changed my life.

Marshmallows and Dr. Scholls inserts are a good way to describe this mattress. But not the fluffy marshmallows! I had no problem adjusting to this bed and was fine the first night! I'm a side sleeper and some reviews said this was a below average mattress for side sleepers but I haven't found that true at all. There's very little bounce so a partner will likely never be disturbed. This bed envelopes me in comfort and it's very easy for me to fall asleep -- something I've had problems with. The temperature is great although I haven't experienced a hot summer yet. I sleep hot and haven't experienced any of that. My sleep is great and I wake up refreshed with no kinks or pains. Bonus!! I was able to easily get my mattress out of the nice bag it came in and didn't have to cut it with the provided tool! Now I have a nice big bag to store my off-season clothes it!
