The marketing was very clever, coupled with the free removal w/in 30 days if I didn't like it, I rolled the dice and I'm very glad I did. I needed to buy a box spring (was upgrading to a King) and I had to go to the mattress store and haggle. SO GLAD I didn't have to do that with my mattress - PLUS, Purple is a better mattress than anything they were selling!! You never know until you try, they make it hassle free!! Also, I have arthritis in my back and I'm pregnant, which should be a recipe for disaster, but IT ISN'T! The mattress is just THAT GOOD! Forget the body pillow preggers, go for the Purple!!!

10 seconds on each side, flip flopping all night long. I kept my wife up. She didnt sleep because her hips and knees hurt. It was bad. Then, we took a leap of faith and it landed us here, on the purple mattress, where I move 90% less while sleeping. I feel more rested and my back hurts less. My wife's hips and knees no longer hurt either, thanks to the support shes getting from this mattress. Ive recommended it to everyone. Try it. It's totally worth it! Also, the egg thing REALLY works.

I am extremely happy w my new mattress. The best way I can describe the experience of sleeping on a "Purple" is that it feels like nothing. You feel nothing. And I mean this in a good way. I guess you could say it softens where you need softness and it offers firmness when you need firmness. Honestly I have layed there trying to find a way to describe how it feels using the typical mattress terms and all I can come up with is nothing. A wonderful feeling of nothingness. I've decided that's quite exceptional in a mattress. I think I'll keep it, all the while hoping it continues to provide splendid nothingness.

The purple mattress arrived packaged very well and unrolled very nicely. My husband likes the mattress however, I am not as impressed. I am a side sleeper and my arm has been going numb while sleeping on the purple mattress. Also my back and neck hurt when I wake up, I might just be sensitive but I am going to try it out for a few more weeks to see how it goes. I live in Hawaii and will not send it back because if the freight cost.

I have scoliosis and have always had back pain so I attributed that pain to that disease. I would wake up sweaty and not well rested. Since sleeping on the Purple Mattress, I haven't had back pain throughout the entire day, I wake up cool, dry, and well rested! This has made my life so much easier, I love the Purple Mattress!

I got to test-snuggle a purple mattress via a friend who'd bought one and let a whole party wander in and lay on it... that was a few months ago, and I knew when I was ready to buy a new bed I'd probably go that route but to my surprise, I found myself having back surgery for a longtime bad disk that was just at the end of it's abilities. Surgery was 2 months ago. When I was in the hospital my husband, worried as he was, got rid of our beds and spent about $4k on a fancy adjustable base, and tempurpedic mattress. I got home from surgery and tried to lay on it and I was miserable. The fact that it sucked me in and cradled me so perfectly made it impossible in my post-surgery state to be able to roll or readjust and I ended up spending 2 months sleeping in the recliner until my strength and rotation was totally back to normal, but even then I struggled with sleeping more than a few hours at a time on the tempurpedic. He bought the Single XL size with the intention of buying something for himself after he could confirm if that worked for me, but when we realized it wasn't going to (lucky he bought the single) I decided to buy another Single XL in the purple mattress and then we could alternate, seeing who slept best, where. For a fraction of the price... I have slept now two full nights on the purple and have zero complaints. It's not 100% pain free but I'm just 2 months out from a major spine procedure so I don't expect to be completely pain-free yet, what I am happy with though, is that I can get through a 9 hour length of time on this bed without getting up and going to the recliner. It's perfectly supportive, without aggravating pressure points--- it's perfectly squishy without sucking you into a hole you can't climb out of--- and doesn't get so hot with your body heat as to slow cook you through the night. I'm happy. I haven't been happy with very many beds in my entire life and I can say without reservation, that I'm happy with this bed. Thanks to DeeDee for introducing me to it just in time.

I was struggling to find a mattress that could allow me to sleep well at night and also not have me wake up with all my aches and pains from decades old back problems. Found it! Since night #1 I have slept soundly and don't have the usual slow moving routine to get my back warmed up. It's been just shy of a month and I have no reason to doubt that it'll change moving forward. I bought the basic-level mattress for being a back sleeper, as recommended by the website (I also occasionally sleep in my side).

I got the purple because I was fed up with my old mattress and suffering from intense neck and back pain with shoulder injury/pain also. I was waking frequently during the night and tossing and turning all night. The very first night on purple I slept straight through deeply, no waking no tossing and turning. I did not feel achy and stiff in the morning with muscle aches and pains worsening throughout the day. The back, neck and shoulder pain have gone away. I love my purple mattress. It is perfect firm and supportive mattress without any pressure points on my body. I felt the alignment right away when I laid down and in all positions.

I'm a critical person. Not because I'm mean or want to be nasty but because I feel that people (especially in the U.S.) dilute the value of their opinion by complimenting things that really don't deserve it. Mostly because they don't want to be considered rude. I however do not roll that way. So if I'm going to take the time to right a review good or bad it's for a reason. My old mattress was in terrible shape, I've been putting off getting a new one for various reasons mostly financial. I decided to roll the dice with a new type of mattress I've never even see (in person), or tried out in any way. I must be completely honest. I look forward to going to bed. I get much better sleep. I have more energy during the day. My body is more settled, I don't need to crack my back a few time a day anymore. It makes my old mattress feel like a bed of nails. Its the perfect balance between soft and firm. I can actually sleep on my back and be comfortable and fall asleep. Gives me support where I need it and I can really feel the difference. My sleep style doesn't matter I'm comfortable no matter what position my body is in. I even kept the plastic tube it comes it in because it's useful for other things. I would sell these things door to door if I could. Now keep in mind. I hate on just about everything.
