It's not my favorite mattress but my husband likes it so we're probably going to keep it. The free pillow, unfortunately, is terrible. It smells awful and is super flat/low. I can see how it might be comfortable for somebody who only sleeps on their back, but since I alternate between side and stomach I just can't make it work.

We bought this bed for our bedbound child. He absolutely loves it. He previously had a memory foam mattress topper and we had to flip the mattress every week because he would "sink" or have dip in mattress from where he was laying. Since this mattress oxygen levels and heart rates are calming during the day Heart's are in 70-80s where he was 80-90 and oxygen levels are 98+ where he was in mid 90s before so a more relaxed comfortable child. My husband and I are really enjoying the mattress so far! I previously had back pain from my old memory foam mattress and now it's virtually gone! No more sinking in the middle! I have found myself snoozing me alarm 2 and 3 more times! I also get more restful nights.

After being in pain for most of this year with a Tuft and Needle mattress and before that an iSerta mattress was excited to hear of a mattress with no pressure points. So gave this Purple mattress a try. Was good for the first couple of days, but after that went downhill fast. Mostly a Side Sleeper, but when I would wake up. I would have terrible pain in the side that I had just slept on. The quality of the mattress seems to be there, but something is still missing

It keeps me cool at night, it supports me. I didn't notice how poorly aligned my back stayed until I started sleeping on this. I find myself standing straighter and having fewer aches in the morning. I notice a huge difference when I sleep anywhere else now, and I'm always eager to go home to my bed when I travel.

We were so hopeful on purchasing the purple mattress but we truly don't like it. We are both side sleepers and to us we can't seem to get comfortable.. be careful with children as well because when you lay on the edge of the bed it collapse and you will roll off.

The mattress actually made my injury worse from how it feels. I'm waiting to get my third set of mri's on my back to see if the damage to my back actually increased. My daughter doesn't like it and my significant other doesn't like to sleep over with how uncomfortable it is.

Honestly, even after a day of sleeping on the mattress I didn't wake up with any lower back pain. I Laid on it for a couple hours or so before going to bed the first night and I could feel it supporting my lower back. I don't roll as much anymore in my sleep.

I did not remember the last time that I woke up rested. With a three year old and a soon-to-be two year old, I have not gotten a full 8 hours of sleep since I was pregnant....... With my eldest child. After watching all of the commercials, tons of research, and reading tons of reviews; We ordered the Queen sized Purple Mattress and base. I have never slept so good in my life! Even though I do not get any more sleep than I did, I still feel refreshed. Even on 4 hours of sleep, I did not feel groggy at all! My husband always runs hot. He enjoys the Purple mattress because of it's temperature neutral qualities. He would get so hot and stuffy, tossing and turning all night. The air flow has allowed him to sleep well for the first time, and he is no longer tossing and turning. I wish we had this mattress years ago!

The good news is that Purple replaced our mattress for free and did this will no hassle at all, so the customer service is aces. The not so good news is that the replacement did not solve anything. I think they replaced the old Purple with another old Purple and not the Purple 2. I am not positive that the 2 would resolve our issues, but I know the Purple 1 did nothing for us. We still have issues with pain in our shoulders and hips. This has not changed at all and now we are thinking we will need to buy a new mattress
