The bed is really really comfortable, but our main priority was the cooling factor. My wife gets super cold and needs a comforter, but I run really hot. We wanted a mattress that works for both of us and let us both stay close. Purple keeps her warm and me cool. It's awesome.

I love this mattress! Ever since i was a teenager i would have to get a new mattress every 6 months to a year, my back is simply "the worst". My husband and i bought the purple mattress and I notice a huge difference from week 1; Seriously? no more back pain at all?? I love going to bed at night and coming home from work to take a nap on it, my chiropractor no longer knows my name (trust me this is a good thing). It's bouncy, not too hot, sleeping with my husband isn't an issue (until i want the bed for myself)... This list of positives could go on forever, It really is the best mattress and night sleep I've ever had!

For the amount of money I paid, I thought it would be this amazing difference from my old mattress. After about 3 weeks, I realized I could of just stayed with my old mattress for free because there is really no difference for me. My wife is sending hers back and I am likely to do so too and look for a more premium king split mattress.

We have been sleeping on the mattress for about a month now. We weren't sure what to expect but so far we love it. We seem to sleep easier and better. Also the pillow is surprisingly comfy. I was skeptical at first because it seemed flatter than the contoured pillow I am used to, but it really works!

Wholeheartedly in love with our purple mattress. After doing lots of research and reading hundreds of comments, we went with the OG purple mattress and it truly lives up to the hype. We are side sleepers and my husband is an incredibly hot sleeper. Not only do my Latin hips love the no-pressure support, the mattress stays cool all night (and late in the morning if you sleep in!). This mattress is a game changer!

Been on the fence for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. The first week or so my wife and I both experienced some mild soreness, but it was a good sore like I was getting my body reset to where it should be. Normally I have back pain and I haven't had any since switching to Purple. After the first week life has been great, we've been sleeping better, and waking up more refreshed.

I've had this matress for a 11 months im about 5'11 220 pounds, so yes im a little on the heavy side but this mattress sucks. I would say about 4 months in my hips started hurting my lower back is in constant pain. Im 26 by the way and would return it had it not progress after the 100 days. Im literally spinning the mattress to get a few days of relief till the support eventually goes away. Just so you know trying to spin a mattress that is floppy abd weighs a ton is not fun. Most likely going to get a tempurpedic cause im tired of waking up and having my back crack just sitting up and like i said im 26. Really wish i could get a refund.

The Purple mattress felt heavenly at first, but that's when it was on my floor (I was waiting for a platform base to come in). The moment it was on the base it was much firmer and far less comfortable. I don't sleep on my purple mattress every night because I get chronic aches from it. I've owned my purple mattress for over two years, and I'll alternate between it, my couch, and my guest bed. I was so hopeful it would help ease the stress on my chronic back injury, but unfortunately it was more hype than help. It's comfortable enough, but was hoping for so much more.

The mattress made my back and neck pain even worse. I was away for vacation and missed the return window by 5 days, I contacted customer service and they would not allow me to return the mattress. I would advise anyone that has any type of neck or back pain to stay away!!

The only thing that was unfavorable with the buying process was that it took almost 3 weeks to get mattress delivered. Purple shipped within a day or two of purchase but the delivery service took weeks and they weren't good about keeping us updated. Not that we were impatient but we moved into a new house and had no mattress. The bed is 5 stars for sure. Been sleeping on it about a month and my partner and I both agree that it helps with our hip and back pain. It is also soft enough to be comfy but firm enough to have good support. We like very much !
