The material seems nice but it felt a lot more like a 'papa bear' bed to us and too firm. We were hoping it would improve over time but still creates pressure and discomfort, especially on the shoulder with side sleeping. Hoping it would work for us but sad to say we must return. My husband and I are both small people so maybe for heavier people you sink in more and it contours to your body better(?) Neat technology, I think I would like the seat cushion much better though.

First impression on this mattress was that it felt weird, and even a little wobbly like sleeping on a water bed. You then soon become accustomed to the feel and softness. I love that it supports all styles of sleeping, and it is the best mattress I have ever slept on for side-sleeping.

I came across an advertisement for purple. As I read it claimed to keep you from sweating while you sleep. I don't have the problem, but my two year old does. We have had the bed for about a month now and not one night has she sweat. If she naps on the couch she sweats if she naps in the room she doesn't. The mattress is great. Its firm and feels great on the back. I haven't realized it till now but my lower back hasn't hurt in about a month.

Once I go to bed. I turn into a beautiful gargoyle. Frozen in slumber. Once the sun arises. I do not hit the snooze; for it does me nothing. I am not stone anymore. Thank you purple; for a great nights sleep and a changed life. Also the dogs won't get off my bed. Too comfortable. ^_^

I'm not going to lie here. The shipping for your bed is garbage but the bed is the absolute best thing ever. I'm fine with waiting but I'm not okay with the damaged purple tube bag. Kind of a problem for me since I was going to reuse it. Onto the best bed ever! Okay so. I don't know about you but I absolutely loathe memory foam. It's too soft and on an air mattress, it's the only thing that makes your bed remotely comfortable. Yes I've been using an air mattress, for almost a year now. So to finally get a bed, muwha. Yes. This bed. I've used it before, my ex got one. Loved it. And that's a big reason why I had to save up and get my own. I can fall asleep faster on this bed than anything else. I suffer from inability to fall asleep, that type of insomnia. So I'm always tossing and turning, never comfortable. Well, with this bed I am. I absolutely adore it because I can sleep however I want and I'm in heaven. Plus paired with the Harmony pillow is like sleeping on a dream. I'd recommend this bed to anyone and everyone. Will it be for everyone? No, but I love it and will forever love it.

I know I could I tried it for 100 days but two days were enough. It was too thin, too hard and too hot ( and we are in winter time ). I would not but it again. It did not work for me. It does not mean it's a bad mattress, just not the right fit. Great customer support and they gave me the full refund like they promised.

Full disclosure, this review is NOT regarding my Purple Mattress, but requires a bit of backstory regarding it to get to the Sheets. My partner and I ordered a Purple Mattress over a year ago because the spring mattress I had was just not cutting it (rock hard, lumpy, and all-in-all just not comfortable). Once our Purple arrived, we - for the first time ever - were actively looking forward to getting into bed. I maintain that the Purple Mattress is the only reason I'm able to get up as early as I do in the morning - I sleep so much more deeply than before. HOWEVER, my partner and I definitely noticed a difference in our quality of sleep on the Purple Mattress when sleeping on the old cotton sheets and, during laundry day, when sleeping on the bare mattress. On the sheets I'd wake up once or twice a night, but on the bare mattress I'd sleep straight to my alarm. We also agree we felt "cradled" on the bare mattress and "hammocking" on the cotton sheets, which is what you'd expect - the cotton sheets don't let the cells of the Purple Mattress compress and form around your body because they don't stretch. So, after a year of dealing with that, we finally bit the bullet and bought some Purple Sheets. I can say, without a doubt, that the Sheets do not inhibit the performance of the Mattress at all - they work completely as advertised and really reinforce the notion that the Sheets+Mattress are a system that works best together. Our bodies fall straight to the Mattress to let it do the work. They also feel divine and the color (Slate) is deep and rich. They're also much denser, so you don't waste as much water washing them because they occupy less space in the washer/dryer. However, it's not all sunshine and lollipops, otherwise I'd have left a 5-star review! I'm not a fan of the top sheet - I'm used to my non-fitted sheet draping over the sides of the bed, and this sheet only reaches to the edge but without hanging over it. I'd have thought I was given the wrong size if it wasn't clearly listed as a Queen on the tag. The jury's still out on whether I'll use my cotton sheet instead because of this. Also, and this is kind of nitpicky, but I was not a fan of the packaging the sheets came in. A tri-fold, laminated, cardboard box with embedded magnets is NOT required for shipping a set of sheets, especially when the sheets themselves are in a drawstring bag INSIDE of that box! I expected a little more efficiency from a company who shipped my mattress vacuum-sealed and rolled up tightly and efficiently in a duffel bag.

This bed was in my dreams after I slept on it for the first time at a friend's house. I LOVE our purple mattress. This was such a great investment towards the wellness of our sleep. I definitely had a couple days to adjust but NOW I am floating. Solid nights worth of sleep. Both my partner and I sleep differently and move throughout our slumber and I barely notice when they move/ get up.

We have had our Purple for about a month and a half. At first, I wasn't sure I loved it as a side sleeper, but it was amazing when flat on my back. After adjusting to it for a couple of weeks, it's great in all positions. I have stayed at hotels a couple of times and always can't wait to get home for my own bed- it's amazing how different this mattress is from anything else!

Love every night in my purple bed. This is the first non-spring mattress I've had and I am more than satisfied. I don't catch myself saying "I slept funny last night" anymore because I feel great and sleep great. My dog even sleeps on the bed more now (which makes me wish I would have got the king).
