I like the mattress, but I need one more blown away by the customer service. A mattress I bought three years ago study sagging a little. I called them and they sent me out a new mattress right away. Not only that, they hired a junk company to come pick up my old mattress. Super impressed

I bought a Purple mattress a few weeks back and wow, what a mattress! When it arrived, I heard a knock at the door and by the time I got there, the delivery man was heading back to his van, pushing his empty dolly. I looked to my left and there was my beautiful rolled up Purple mattress in a tube, leaning up against my wall. I grabbed ahold of it and started to carry it in. Umph. One more time. Umph! Wow, that puppy is heavy. So I got my dolly and wheeled it in. I had received the Purple frame a couple of days prior, and it was set up in anticipation of the mattress's arrival. Setting it up was easy as I used the Purple slicer that came with my new mattress to cut through the wrapping plastic. I spread it open on the frame and it came to life. That first night was a dream coming true. And it has gotten better each night, as I wake up feeling more refreshed each day.

The Purple was too hard for us. There just wasn't any give and as side sleepers it just wasn't comfortable. We were waking every morning sore and with pain in our hips and shoulders. The customer service was great though and the return process was a breeze. I appreciate the opportunity to try the mattress out.

I actually bought this for my wife's grandmother who has been sleeping on an old saggy spring mattress for years. She's recently undergone back surgery which in my opinion was caused by the horrible mattress she's slept on! But we got her the purple to sleep on after her surgery and she loves it! She's about 80 years old and she said she's never slept so good! The purple helps her sleep comfortably while also assisting her to spring out of bed in the morning! I was a little nervous because of her back surgery but she said she absolutely loves it. Another happy customer! Thanks again Purple gang!

I purchased a Twin XL with their metal frame, bedsheets with protective covering, pillow and the weighted blanket. It's been at least three months now and I can say I have slept on it long enough to give a review. With the combination above, I was overheating and sweating each night, this was during the fall months of Wisconsin and the weather is pretty chilly. I ended up removing the weighted blanket each night because it got so hot. After a few weeks of this, I decided to remove the protective sheet on the mattress and the weighted blanket in hopes that it would sleep cooler, it did, but I did not notice any difference from a regular mattress or even a sofa. At this time, the metal bed frame started creaking heavily each time I turned or moved slightly - I have to adjust the arms of the frame each night before sleeping so it would stop creaking. After sleeping on with the pillow for awhile, I started to get a sore neck no matter which position I slept. I'm not sure if this is due to the pillow being too tall for my build (5'2" and 145lbs), but this never happened with a normal, cotton-stuffed pillow. I am really disappointed with the pillow and have now decided to purchase a new one because I would wake up with a headache and/or a sore neck.

My wife was the one who bought the purple mattress. We were sceptical but decided to try it because of the guarantee. My wife has several medical issues but after the first night she hasn't had one nights bad rest or complaint and is pleasant when getting up every morning. Purple has done a great job in making a extremely comfortable bed. Thank you and keep up the good work. I would certainly tell others to try it. You won't be sorry.

Our mattress was delivered much quicker than we expected. The delivery, however, was less than acceptable. Our neighbor across the street watched as one delivery guy tried to wrangle a king size mattress out of his truck. He struggled with it, lost control of it on a dolly, and just left it where it fell in our driveway. No one rang the bell to notify us of the delivery, I was home at the time. The neighbor called me. We had to get a friend to help us carry the 140lb burrito up the steps and into the house. The outside packaging was filthy, almost like it had been rolled in mud. Fortunately the mattress was OK. We started our indoctrination of all things purple with a lower end seat cushion, then added the back cushion after my 3rd ruptured disc. We bought 2 pillows through the kickstarter campaign and now got the king size mattress, base and higher end seat cushion. I also just ordered the mattress protective cover and have been eyeing the sheets. I'm assuming they're like the pillow cases that came with our pillows. I must say that those pillow cases are waaaaay too big for the pillows. Speaking of the pillows, we received them in late February or early March and both of the inflatable height adjusting pieces have already failed. I called customer service and 2 new ones were sent out right away, no questions asked. Great job! Also while we're talking about the pillows, I love mine when I can sleep on my back but when I sleep on my side, which is most of the time, it hurts my ear a little. I know the purple scientists are working hard with the magic unicorn to make improvements. I'm constantly sharing my experiences with others, even my spine surgeon has become a purple user, buying a seat cushion as a start! We love our purple

The first few nights were very comfortable as I found the support my previous mattress was missing. However, below the top layer, the mattress has gotten too firm and unyielding for me to find a comfortable position and I end up tossing and turning most nights now. If I could get the top layer as the majority of the mattress it might work, but the lower layers feel like they are too firm.

So, initially and for the first year and a half we loved our matress like everyone else. Getting to the 2nd year we noticed the center of the bed started to sink in. Mind you we changed the base and nothing changed. Not sure why it began to sink. Maybe the jelly isn't meant to last long enough. I was hoping to have a mattress that would last me 10 years or so not 2. Neither one of us swears excessively either so that was ruled out. I wonder, is living in a cold state that requires a furnace ruin the strength of the jelly?

I spent over twice as much for an iComfort mattress, and then a Tempurpedic mattress. Still, woke up with terrible backache. I have 7 fused vertebraes and I'd pay anything for a bed that fit my needs. I went to my son's house and he had purchased a Purple bed. He let me sleep on it. I noticed the next day when I woke up I didn't have a backache! I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But decided to purchase my own Purple bed. I've had it 3 eeks now, and back feels AMAZING! I get up and there is no pain. I couldn't be happier. Finally found a bed that lived up to its advertising! So thank you so much!!
