While I feel the mattress does a good job supporting my spine, I just can't get comfortable. It's fairly firm so I don't find it comfy and inviting. Additionally, when I lay on my back I feel like my bottom sinks into the mattress and it puts an arch in my back. I don't sleep on my back so this isn't too big of a problem, but I would definitely like to be comfortable when I do choose to lay on my back. I just don't love it, I don't really enjoy sleeping on it, and I'm waking up with some lower back pain and neck pain. I plan to return the mattress soon. For reference, I always sleep on my side and I'm 5'8, 155 lbs.

But sleep and sleeping well are different things and the latter is surely preferred. Since I've had Purple at least 90% of the time I wake in the same position I fell asleep in without having rolled over at all. Hip and shoulder soreness that I had in the past are fading memories. It's just the best sleep ever thanks to this great Mattress.

Like most people I was a bit concerned about buying a mattress online. Even with the 100 night guarantee it still seemed a bit of a gamble. Luckily, the mattress proved to be great. The key plus points: Incredibly accommodating without pressure points. Decent edge support. Near zero bounce so you don't disturb your partner or dog. Sturdy and solid build/feel. Truly temperature neutral. Must be experienced. Holds sheets nicely. Some recommendations to Purple: Show unroll direction on the outer wrap. It gets a mind of its own when unrolling. Use less of the inner wrapping Tyvek, Pretty much tent size now. In summary we would strongly recommend Purple. Great night's sleep without have your bones creak when rising. Get one!

We upgraded from a Select Comfort mattress, which was no longer helping my wife's back and hip pressure issues. The Purple seems to cradle her problem areas much, much better; she saw big improvements immediately. We bought a second one about a two months later, so now we have one in the master bedroom, and one in the guest room. They're great, especially combined with the Reverie adjustable foundations.

I'm delighted to have this mattress. As a side sleeper it's really more comfortable than any other mattress I've ever owned. The only minor thing I would point out that was unusual has nothing to do with the mattress. They do something unusual in the way they provide the shipping information to FedEx so I got a notification of the date my mattress would be delivered, and then there was no date at all a few days later, and then eventually there was a new date that was several days beyond that initial expected date.

We bought our bed about 4years. The bed started slumping, making craters where we slept. We started turning the bed 180 even slept cross ways. After finally deciding to research for anew bed, I felt like I needed to give purple a call y'all about the issue and see where that went. The lady I felt with was very concerned about what we had gone through and was very helpful in ultimately getting us our new bed. After a few photos they ask me to take, of the problem, I sent them in and in couple of weeks I had a return email that my new bed was in the way. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you

It's just as amazing as it's nearly perfect 5-star rating would have you believe! The sheets and the mattress protector are definitely worth the purchase too - we tried sleeping on it with our old mattress protector, and it definitely impacted the comfort of the mattress. The sheets and the mattress protector that purple sells are extra stretchy, which makes them super comfy, AND it lets you take full advantage of the way the mattress gives and supports you in all the right ways!

Before I sleep two hrs. up on the couch and later back to bed for a one hr. nap before going to work. We had a pillow top mattress then for about 3 years. Now we have the Purple Mattress. I as well has my wife sleep all night wake up in the am ready for the day. The best part no more pain medication to easy off the back. We have love the mattress very much. I sleep hot and am frequently in hotels with mattresses from every corner of the world. Purple is the only mattress that I don't wake up feeling like I immediately need to shower. The sheets are some of the best sheets I have EVER come into contact with and I don't know how I've survived without a weighted blanket.

I love our new bed. We have had it for about a month now and it is the best sleep that I have had in a long time. We had this old mattress that one end of the bed higher then the other. It was hearting my back so much we needed a change. The first couple night were kinda odd to get used to the bed. Then after that it was and still is amazing. I will be getting another one when we more And getting a bigger size.
