Not rating the item Rating the delivery. Came very quickly. That was greait. Problem for me was they had the word purple all over it with a description of its specific content. For one thing it's an advertisement that there is something expe dive to steal sitting on my porch. Second this was a gift for my husband so not much of a surprise. There was no option to say it was a gift so he pretty much figured it out. This is not a marketing opportunity. It's a hazard. Sorry but I am just so disappointed.

My wife and I ordered a queen size mattress on Cyber Monday this past Thanksgiving. We ordered several items, including the mattress, sheets, foundation, and pad. So far, we love all of the products. The foundation is very sturdy and provides more under bed storage than we had previously. The mattress is the best that I've ever had (previously had an air mattress with adjustable numbers, which I liked but...this is better). Very comfortable and I my sleep is the best in years. It took my wife a couple weeks to adjust but she now loves the mattress as well. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating is that the items were shipped separately. The mattress arrived first. The foundation arrived a week or so later. I would have preferred that they were shipped at the same time so that I could set the bedroom up only one time. The mattress is fairly heavy and the process was more cumbersome than needed. Don't know if delaying shipment of the mattress was an option but I would have gladly done that. Other than that, buying a mattress online was well worth the risk.

Customer service was not. Representatives did the best they could, but Purple wouldn't grant a reasonable request concerning an exchange. Would I spend this much on a mattress again? Probably not. Research the disposal of compact mattresses and how the cost is included in the price. Free returns is at no risk to you (but really to them), because you already paid for it! :)

We bought our purple bed March 2017 and it's now November 2017, it has been the best sleep of my life!!! I wouldn't traid my purple bed for anything. I don't want to stay anywhere else other then at home because I don't want to sleep without my purple bed!

This mattress is working wonders. My wife an I can not wait for bed time, and do not want to get out in the morning. When the kids come to bed we do not notice them. the matress is a dream to sleep on. If one of us is tossing and turning the other one does not fell it. I love this mattress!!

Sleeps cool. 6'1" 215lbs side sleeper. Perfect position. Had nagging shoulder impingement/pain for the last 2 years. bought several contraptions/pillows to alleviate discomfort. Threw them all away after this mattress. Afraid to sleep in hotels. Wish you guys were around in my 20s and 30s.

I have slept great and woken up with no joint pain for the first time since I can remember. The only thing I wish could have been different is set up and haul away. I got the original mattress and had to haul it on (very heavy) and unwrap. My old mattress is heavy, as well, and is propped up against my wall until I can how someone to pick it up and dump it.

The 1st night that I slept on the purple mattress I did not have any back pain when I woke up. However, that is not the case consistently and I feel that for the price I would have better sleep every night. Overall the mattress feels great, my kid really enjoys it, but my husband cannot sleep on this mattress because of the lack of support.

We were advised during our trial that we would become a custom to the discomfort we felt. That we needed time to get used to it. WHAT A MISTAKE this mattress is so thin at this point my hips are on the box spring... at this point they are only offering replacement. I am extremely disappointed in the money wasted ( now I'll go buy a REAL mattress) and in all of the awful sleep, especially with a young baby we cherish every second of rest... not with this thing... save yourself the hassel!! Now I'll have a replacement that I do not want to try. We're desperate for a different bed...

We just got our purple adjustable frame (which was so easy to set up) and our queen purple mattress, on Thursday. I have a bad shoulder and lower back from injury driving a semi truck for 21 years. My wife has back issue from sitting at a computer as a 911 operator for 17 yrs. we slept better our first night than we have EVER slept on all other different types of mattresses. I love this bed already.
