My husband and I got the Orginal Purple mattress with the agreement that if we think it's a little to firm we will exchange it for the Purple 3. I am a stomach and side sleeper and he is a back and side sleeper and to me it feels to be too firm. I wake up with numb knees or hip discomfort. I know we are supposed to give it a few weeks for a more accurate opinion but we are day #7 and I think closer to day #50 if not sooner we will make a decision. On the other hand the Orginal mattress does feels great when sleeping on your back. Its comfortable to lay back to watch tv in bed but so far we are 50/50.

I have been getting the best sleep ever since we got our new Purple mattress, platform and purple pillow. I used to wake up with an achy back and now that my body stays in perfect alignment, I wake up feeling good and rested. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

Buying this bed was the best decision of my life. I had no idea how much my bed was causing me pain. I went away for two weeks and needless to say i was excited to come back and sleep comfortably again. Only down side is it is alot harder to go awayand sleep in another bed.

I purchased the Purple mattress with great expectations. I was replacing an older sleep number mattress which was very uncomfortable. I found the Purple Mattress to be much too hard. The top layer isn't thick enough and my body sank into the hard under layer. Customer service was terrific and took care of removing the mattress and gave me a fast refund.

My wife loved this bed the first night we got it. We've had it for about two weeks now. She told me she has dreamed and remembered those dreams every night so far. I thought that was pretty telling because we've been together for 20 years and she rarely remembers her dreams. Who would have thought a mattress can help you out with that? No more tossing and turning. I like the bed as well. It's very inviting. Especially in the morning. I was concerned at first about the soft edges that squish down easy, but they haven't been a problem at all. You can sleep right on the edge and it doesn't feel like you're gonna fall out. I am very curious to see how the foam in this bed holds up. I'm a solid 250 pounds and I sleep the same way every night and get out of bed the same way every morning. Let's see if it holds up for 10 years like they say. The sheets took some getting used to, but they're nice and comfy now. My wife got a pillow and she loves it. We also got the mattress protector like they recommend and it's very nice. All in all we are VERY pleased with our purchase. Purple has been wonderful to deal with. Thanks purple. So far so great!!

After we got the Purple mattress it took me only one night to fall in love with it and feel so much better. It took my wife about a week. Both of us now are sleeping better and our bodies feel so much better in the morning. Also, our dog Piper loves it to.

If you're reading this and you were undecided on whether or not you should buy this mattress, for me it was life changing. I had broad shoulders and sleeping on my side with other mattresses would usually end up with me waking up with my shoulders absolutely killing me, after a couple nights that and my back pain vanished. Definitely will continue buying from Purple!

I usually wake up after 5 hours of sleeping with lower back pain. I have tried many matresses, but always the same result. I started sleeping on a Purple just over a month ago and now I sleep all night and into the next morning with NO pack pain. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but I am a believer!

7 nights in... And really happy with our mattress! It works exactly like the commercial. We got one for the guest room and our son - our son loves it and both guests who have slept on it have said how comfortably they slept. We recommend these for sure!

Wife had purchased a memory foam mattress yrs. ago, thought it was going to be the best nights sleep I've ever had,I was wrong, it exacerbated my bad back. Recently got the purple mattress, was skeptical, however the truth is in the pudding sort of speak, it took5 min. To fall asleep that night, and my body was fully supported.now that was the best sleep I've had in Yrs.! Thus far, I am grateful, hope that the mattress holds up well, and my good sleep continues. I've relayed my experience to friends whom are in the market for a new mattress. Thanks purple
