I bought this mattress after hearing raving reviews from friends and family. I ended up buying a little Purple starter package with the Level 2 mattress, two pillows and sheets. I will never be buying anything other than purple products for my bed. The sheets are an incredible material that keep me cool all night, the pillows are perfect for my TMJ and side-sleeping position. The mattress is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever had. I would 100% recommend purchasing this mattress and additional products.

I was sold on the egg test video, I have always used a memory foam topper and it's been ok, sometimes my arm would fall asleep or body would hurt, I like soft but supportive. The purple is a bit firmer, and still have some aches, it almost seems to be sagging a little in the middle across from side to side where the bulk of our body weight is, I'm 125 lbs, my husband 230, so not sure if that makes a difference. I can't sleep on my stomach really bc it bothers my lower back which would be nice if I could. So I'm debating on returning since I'm not really seeng a huge difference. I have it on top of my other mattress as I didn't want to get rid of it until I was sure, idk if that makes a different, it is firm and still in good shape so not like to on top of something worn out. I was hoping this would be my comfort sleep fix all, but not turning out that way, will try a few more weeks, it's just been about a month now. Thanks

I've always had issues sleeping, it takes me forever to fall asleep and I always wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all. I also toss and turn a lot. I finally caved and bought myself a purple mattress, they first mattress I ever bought myself as an adult. It's been a dream. It is so comfortable and It makes me never want to leave it. My body is still taking a bit of time to realign but I feel I'm able to get to sleep quicker. I'm also much less sweaty! I used to sweat a lot in my sleep and the purple mattress has made it so I haven't had that happen at all. It's been a dream so far and I don't see myself returning. I also have the purple pillow and may get my boyfriend one for himself. I got the sheets along with my mattress and they are so soft and stretchy and so comfortable to lay on as well. Highly recommend!!

I love my purple mattress original. I have bought it over two years ago and I STILL find myself laying on it saying I love my mattress! TWO YEARS!! When is the last time you loved a mattress for two years SOLID. Everyone I show my mattress to falls in love with it as well. I have become a Purple customer for life. The only thing that purple needs to work on is their pillows. The first and second generation pillows lack something to be desired. I have not had a chance to try Purple's newest pillow, but one day I will. The purple sheets/protector are both a must! they feel like sleeping in your favorite t-shirt while being hugged in a fluffy blanket. I have and will continue to buy sheets from purple. I would love to rate Purple mattresses at 6/5, the pillows as 3.5/5, purple sheets/protector 4.5/5 (I had a set of sheet rip a hole once, but purple replaced them with no hassle instantly. Only reason sheets lost half a point)!

Decided to replace my bed because I had a hard time getting to sleep and wanted something more comfortable. Looked at reviews of this bed and I couldn't be happier. Give it about a week before you make your judgment, it takes a little bit to settle. Definitely a great bed!

The Purple Mattress is by far the best mattress I've ever slept on! I wake up refreshed every morning and best of all, no more back aches! I used to toss and turn on my old mattress but not with Purple! Thank you, Purple, for giving me the best nights sleep, every night!

My wife and I purchased a king sized purple bed about 2 years ago. Our experience is quite positive. In fact, we are so pleased that we purchased a queen sized purple bed for our daughter! She was waking up almost every night on her spring mattress. It's been a month since her purple bed came and I can honestly say that our daughter has been consistently sleeping through the night. For years I was tired and waking up sore. I assumed it was because of working out and getting older. After sleeping at my partners place on his purple mattress I was sold and bought my own. The comfort of this bed is beyond amazing. I don't heat up like I used to with my other bed and the purple seems to walk on that line of being firm and cushiony which my body loves. On my old sleep number I used to wake up a couple times during the night, since I got the purple I sleep in a dead sleep and for the first time in years feel like I'm getting a good nights rest every night. The only gripe I have was my shipping experience which was completely Fedex's fault hence still giving the 5 star review. My mattress arrived on time however the outside cover was ripped all over including the top zipper part. Someone went all over it with clear tape to try and mend. The purple frame was delayed many times for delivery during which it got was mishandled with bars being bent. Support was very understanding and sent me a replacement. I highly recommend this bed and the company as the product and support has been 5 stars.

I wasn't expecting it to be as firm as it is, but that was sort of a good thing! I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore and feel much more well rested during the day. I got the power base to go with it and it's probably the best sleep I've ever had consistently. It sleeps cool. I wish it was a little softer on the top, but overall satisfied.

Even though I got it for free more than a month ago the horrible chemical smell will not go away.. which makes me think twice about keeping the mattress... Don't get me wrong the mattress is not bad it's not unique either.. it's okay. I suffered from lower back pain before (when I sleep on my belly) and I still do.. I don't know about that smell though I would stay clear even though they claim it's safe...
