When I first sat on the mattress I thought what have I done. It didn't feel thick enough. I dreaded going to bed that night. And it was not a good night sleep. I felt like it was too hard. The sheets are like sleeping in a cloud, though, absolutely wonderful. I had about a week where I really questioned my purchase. And then slowly I noticed I was sleeping better. I had had very bad back issues from my previous bed. Pretty much ruined my back. And then I noticed that I was not waking up with a backache as bad. I'm now about 3 weeks or so in to this bed. And I absolutely love it. It feels soft now and I am sleeping through the night. I would definitely recommend this bed. My only issue is I wish I would have bought a thicker mattress. That being said, I still have very few complaints about this one.

This is the third purple mattress I've purchased this year and am planning on getting one for my sons room. Most of them I put right on the existing box spring but I did buy a purple bed frame for one of them and that's deal nice too. Love my PURPLE's!

This was our first experience with ordering a mattress online. We researched for about a month, and also tried some mattresses in the big box stores. We kept coming back to this one, and finally decided to order it. It was the best decision. My wife likes firm and I am more of a medium firm to soft. Believe it or not we both love this mattress, and highly recommend it. It conforms to your body, it's more on the firm side, yet very soft as well. If you were thinking about this mattress, give it a try. There's no risk.

This is far and away the best bed I have ever slept on. I wont lie and say that I was not skeptical when I first saw the ads. How is it possible that a bed could be soft and welcoming, but at the same time provide the support necessary for proper spine and neck alignment? I am still not very clear on the how, thought It sounds like it has something to do with the purple "food grade material" they are using. Visual oddities aside, the bed performs admirably. I can't remember the last time I experienced high quality sleep. I don't remember the last time I woke up without that annoying twinge in my neck or stiffness in my back. I have had to adjust my sleeping style a bit because I am not used to having the support I need from my bed. I am barely 3 weeks in and I do not see myself ever going back to a traditional bed. Take the 30-day challenge. You will more than likely be blown away by how much better you feel.

This mattress has been very good for the past 2 weeks. I have not really adjusted to the 6.5 inch pillow and I might change to another pillow entirely. For the past 12ish years I guess I never slept deeply enough to dream, but I have been dreaming every night. This really stood out to me after the third night. Sleeping on this mattress for over 7 hours/night has been an experience that I have not had in a long time. The sheets are extremely soft, but it looks like they aren't going to last very long because they have already begun to fuzz. I normally sleep on my side, but find myself more on my back using this mattress. The simple mattress frame is just that... very bare bones, but it works for me. Bottom line is the mattress is great and accessories are convenient (might not be the best).

I have a King with 3inch grid and I absolutely love it. I just ordered two twin XLs for my boys because they live my mattress so much. One mattress Arrived with a large tear. I took photos and the warranty department said that it was covered and that they would send a mattress cover to solve the issue. I still haven't received it and it has been over a month. I contacted them and they said that it was approved but hasn't shipped yet and that warranty issues take some time to process. I am being patient as I do believe they intend to fix this issue but having to wait over a month is what caused me to drop this to a four from a five. Had it been fixed right away or not been delivered damaged in the first place, it would have been a five all day.

First and foremost, I love the purple bed. It's very comfortable and keeps me cool at night. I've even stopped having back pain in the morning which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service though is not good. The people are nice but it takes forever to get a response by email and on the phone is like pulling teeth. Get the mattress but be prepared for some frustration from the company.

Haven't slept on it for a full 90 days but all of my body parts are feeling just fine so far. I don't see why that would change. When purchasing any sleeping surface, I have to be very conscience of my lower back - too hard or too soft causes pain. Purple hasn't caused any back pain yet and the mattress feels great!

We really want to love our mattress, but we will be returning it. I don't sleep any better on it than I did our ten year old traditional pillow top. I wake frequently with numb limbs and toss and turn through the night. My husband sleeps better than I do on it, but not enough better that it's worth keeping for us. I think it's a good mattress, just not a good fit for us. You know that warm cozy feeling you get when you finally get to snuggle into your bed after a long day? I just don't get that comfort from it.

I have been searching for just the right mattress for many weeks, when I came upon "The Purple Mattress". I always read reviews for a product, so I thought it would only be fair if I wrote a review.. This mattress is so comfortable. Its soft yet firm at the same time. I use to sleep on an air mattress. They are so uncomfortable compared to the sleep you get with The Purple.
