Purple - I love all your marketing language and videos - you are clearly a company with great mojo. We like our mattress - and are liking the savings in choosing Purple (as apposed to the higher-priced traditional coil-filled mattresses) - if only it could eliminate my much-adored husband from snoring... My only gentle suggestion would be to roll those mattresses in the opposite direction so one could simply unwrap and unroll and enjoy! Keep on being the whacky crew you are! Love the humor!! : ))

I'm still adjusting to even having a bed again after a year of not... so it's difficult to know but there a couple things are a very happy with: I always feel supported and that's great. I wish there was a little more point elasticity for when I side sleep, but I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I am happy with my bed - haven't had much back pain since owning it. Do wake up sometimes with aches on my shoulders... and sometimes I don't even want to get out of bed!! Nothing is perfect, and I don't expect my mattress to be. However I'd say this the most comfortable mattress I have slept on yet.

First the good; while I typically am a back sleeper, I sometimes lay on one side or the other. With this mattress, on either side, my shoulder does NOT hurt. Shoulder pain when on my side was an issue on my Tuft and Needle mattress. Second the not so good; I think the mattress is too firm. Much too firm. But, when I compare it to my Tuft and Needle, it feels almost the same. I have only been sleeping on the original Purple for a week, so maybe I just need more time to get used to it. Third, the I don't know; I keep my bedroom cool, so I am not sure if I am sleeping cooler or not. Since I have had this for only a short time, I am not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. I think a softer mattress would be better, but like I said above, when I lay on the Purple and then the Tuft and Needle, they feel almost the same. I also have not been sleeping real well, but I can't attribute that only to the new mattress. It might be, IDK. Time will tell. My wife hasn't slept on this mattress at all, so there is no telling what she's going to think. Good thing we have a 100 night test period.

My husband tried convincing me to agree to getting a purple mattress for years. I was not sold and put it off. We took the plunge and he was right all along. It is the best bed I have ever slept in and I get much better rest along with less back and joint pain. Looking forward to buying the pillows soon!

My wife and I opened this up and the kids put it together for us. My wife said it feels like the other bed. About a week later I noticed she sleeps all night now compared to waking up early. She loves it. I am a side sleeper and just had back surgery. It is a great mattress. Supportive where it needs to be and my shoulders don't go to sleep and ache in the middle of the night like the old mattress.

This mattress was great at first. comfortable, supportive, everything that was promised. But after only a month one side is sagging, and has a very pronounced "slope" to one side. Thinking it was my support structure (box spring) I rotated the mattress, nope it still slopes, now in the other direction. Going to try having my wife and I trade sides to see if it is still as pronounced during our 100 day trial period.

I would have liked detailed instructions in the packaging. The first night I didn't notice anything. After a Google search of other customers reviews, I removed my mattress pad and it was much better. Once my free sheets came and I put them on, it was even better!

The purple sleeper is awesome! The only complaint I have is when I ordered my california king there was an offer for free sheets while supplies last. I never recieved my sheets, and when I was filling out my order form I never seen anywhere on the form where it stated "out of stock". But for the price, and the comfort the sleeper has brought me, Im not complaining. Thank you purple! Very much appreciated! And I will still suggest the purple sleeper although you forgot my sheets.

We slept on it about 10 days now. It was a lot firmer than any matrees I'd ever had before and wasn't sure I'd like this one. So far I'm pleased, my back pain has gotten better. The pillow I'm still not sure of. It's cooler but very heavy and not long enough. Overall I'm happy with my purchase!

For those that wonder, our mattress passed the raw egg test! By the same token, if it can do that for a raw egg, it can (and does) do the same for my shoulder joint. I'm a side sleeper, and I used to wake up every morning with my shoulder in agony from being pressed into the mattress overnight. My hips would also sometimes feel this way, but not as badly. Since getting the Purple, I now sleep so soundly, and pain free, and wake up pain free as well. When on my side it's as if my shoulder has a bottomless cradle to rest in while the rest of my body is floated on the surface. I can't explain how this is possible, but it just works! My wife has suffered work related spinal injuries in her low back (bulging and herniated discs) as well as whiplash in her cervical and thoracic areas from a car wreck. She was in near constant pain all day, and it was aggravated by our old mattress (which was actually purchased to HELP with this). The Purple mattress has finally provided relief for this. Through the day, she will still feel pain, but not as badly, and at night while resting, she is relieved, and also wakes up pain free. As far as cool sleeping, we have not noticed a big difference from our old mattress. This could be due to us having the same mattress protector on it as before, which makes it nearly waterproof on the surface. So I have no doubt this is contributing to it being rather warm as opposed to a "cool" sleep. I am glad for this, however, since I'd rather be warm and cozy instead of uncomfortably cold. We have had our Purple for about two months and can safely say we love this mattress! We knew after the first night that we would NOT be returning it!
