My husband and I have searched high and low for the perfect mattress for a long time. Mattress shopping has to be the worst thing in the world! Can you really imagine sleeping all night on something you laid on for 2 minutes in a store?! Then you haul the thing home to find out you hate it. The fact that this was delivered to our door and there was a no hassle 100 day trial we had nothing to lose! It has been the best purchase we have made in a long time. No regrets here!

I bought the queen sized purple mattress, bed frame, super-stretch sheets, and hybrid pillow. I have been sleeping on this setup for a solid two weeks, and I've already started to notice I'm sleeping better. My sleep is a lot deeper, and I wake up feeling more refreshed then ever. My only complaint is when I received my frame, it was bent on one side and one of the welds was too big so one of the reinforcement plastic pieces wouldn't fit. Once I had the bed all together and laid on it, it didn't even matter. 5 stars!

Love the Purple CA King Mattress. Not so much the Twin XL on an Adjustable Bed Platform. Too hard--- don't think it would pass the egg test. Also, for senior citizens like me the bed is pretty chilly now that Fall temperatures have hit New England. Need some sort of low level heating mattress pad on both beds.

I bought this mattress with my wife in mind. We have an old adjustable bed and were starting to feel the old mattress coils. We've had this mattress for just over a month now and we could not be happier. My wife is a side sleeper and severe COPD. She says she is sleeping much more comfortable and is sleeping for longer periods of time without waking. 5 *****s for sure.

2 years ago we purchased a king size Purple Mattress and recently we experienced issues with the mattress and the platform frame box. Upon calling Customer Service and emailing back pictures of the problems, we received a replacement mattress and a new frame that addressed the noise from the frame. Over the years we've owned multiple box frame mattresses and by far the Purple Mattress has been far better for us. It's not too firm nor its soft. Just perfect for our backs and great sleep. Based on the quality of their product and the exceptional customer support we have experienced, we have invested on a second queen size mattress for our daughter!!

My husband likes the mattress; however, I hate it. The first problem was when no one at Mattress Firm informed us that we would need the Purple Mattress Protector instead of using our normal mattress pad. The bedding bunches up under you if you don't have the protector and you really can't use your mattress pad. The protector cost about $100 even though it probably cost about $5 to make because it's very thin. The second problem was that my feet were always cold even though I had extra bedding (down) covering my feet. So we bought an electric blanket for another $100. The third problem is that our covers are always shifting one way or another even though this never happened before. It takes me twice as long to make the bed in the morning as it used to because I have to realign the bedding. I also don't like the mattress because it's too soft. I feel like I'm always sleeping in a hole and it takes a lot of effort to turn over. Even though he likes the mattress, my husband agreed that we could return it but now the stores are closed because of Covid-19 and the warranty period will expire before they open back up. Now we are probably stuck with it. My recommendation to anyone thinking about buying this extremely expensive mattress is to think twice because it isn't worth it.

I had a great bed before, or so I thought. It was time to upgrade from Queen to King, so I ordered a Purple. I never realized how hot my old foam mattress got. While the foam offered a more immediate feeling of comfort, the Purple is comfortable, but more importantly improved my sleep quality greatly.

I recently purchased the Purple seat cushion, and I am thrilled with it! As a retiree who was determined to be disabled over 10 years ago, due to various health and mobility issues, particularly those related to my spine, I lead a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Sitting for long periods of time would often lead to pain and a sense of being uncomfortable. The Purple seat cushion has provided so much support and relief, I cannot imagine not having it. I am involved in our community, and being able to take this cushion with me for meetings and social functions has been a bonus. Attending various meetings, I am exposed to both hard and upholstered chairs, and the cushion provides the support I need to make my participation possible. I am so grateful for your technology that helps alleviate the pain to which I had become accustomed. Thank you!

As good as I could have hoped for so far. The grids in the purple layer are noticeable on my hands when propping myself up but once I'm laying down it's fine. My one negative would be that the delivery tube needs handles in the middle. I know you don't recommend people lug it around by themselves but you don't always have a choice. With the handles near the end it's tough to lift the 150 lbs up to the next step.

I'm 2/3 through my 100 night trial but to be honest I think the purple mattress, king size , is starting to have a depression where I sleep. The depression pops back up when I get out of bed but when I get back into bed again I fall back into the depression. I'm going to continue the 100 night free trial and let Purple know what's going on unless they contact me first after reading this review.
