Hello- after much research we chose the Purple mattress. It's been only 6 months, and the mattress has dents, which I photographed and emailed. You sent us another mattress, and we also ordered the purple base to go with it. I think the mattress is too heavy for wooden slats, which we currently have. The base is set to arrive today. I hope this will make the new mattress better. My husband weights 180 lbs and I weigh 117 lbs, so our weight should not be an issue.

Ordering was simple. No issues with shipping. Easy to open and get set up. The 1st night I was worried that I think I didn't like it. Felt as it was too firm. But by the 3rd night, either my body adjusted or it finished relaxing from being vacuum packed. Now I feel like it truly hugs every part of me. Not hot at all! I've been heading to bed earlier because I look forward to laying on my purple mattress! Definitely recommend!

We bought this queen mattress for our guest room but had to try it out ourselves first. It's very comfortable and family and guests that have used it have also raved about it. We had just bought a new Green king mattress for the master bedroom before learning about Purple and happily use the incredible Purple pillows on our bed!

I was concerned when I first got the mattress. It was heavy, it came in a funny tube, and I was worried I was going to feel the top grid when I slept on it. It is by far the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. It's actually stopped me from getting up a few times on the weekends. I would highly recommend it to someone coming from any other form of mattress. I had an adjustable firmness matress which was causing back pain, but this has pretty much stopped that. 10/10 would recommend.

I am a veteran with a bad back. I wake up aching and have to stretch just to get out of bed. Since I purchased my purple mattress I literally no longer wake up aching. I sleep like a baby and no longer need pain meds. I recommend a purple to everyone I know. Customer service was second to none. Don't hesitate get yours now

My fiance and I both feel the little cushion squares are a bit gimmicky - not the game changer that they're made out to be. This will be my third foam mattress (first was Zinus, then Leesa, now Purple). I've gotten the same quality of sleep from each of them. We had a feeling it was going to be exactly like our last mattress, so we didn't really set our expectations high. Our only complaint is that my fiance actually sleeps hotter than he did before... so there's that. Keep in mind that you are going to end up with A LOT of leftover plastic. We weren't sure what to do with all of it once we were done. It felt wrong to just throw it in the bin, but that's what it came to. Purple should provide a prepaid return label for the purple tube packaging so it can be reused for another mattress (if that's how that works?) We also bought the platform base. It was stupid-easy to put together. Definitely buy that even if you don't get the mattress. However, I thought that the material along the sides of the base was tufted of something, but it's not - it's just a slip cover that hides the black frame. We chose Purple because we knew we were going to have to spend $1000+ to replace our King mattress no matter the brand, so why not try to gimmicky one until it wears out?

Three nights now on my Purple, and I have to say it is as wonderful as I had hoped it would be. It really is such a different feel from any other bed I have ever had and I can't see ever going back to anything else. I am a Purple convert! I also got the frame, which is easy to set up and completely quiet, and the sheets which are like butter. Love the sheets! The combination is a total win for us. Hoping maybe the sheets will come out in a wider variety of colors someday as a darker option would be nice. Thanks Purple people - you all have really created a wonderful bed. And your marketing is wonderful. I love a company that doesn't take itself too seriously. I got the bed because you made me laugh, but I'm not laughing now. I'm zzzzzzzz.........

I purchased a purple bed a couple years ago and I love it!! So much so that when I needed to put a new mattress in my guest bedroom, I immediately decided on a purple mattress and will only purchase a purple mattresses from here on out. When friends and family have needed a new mattress, I have talked several of them into getting one as well and they are are all very pleased with their new beds. Thank you for making such a comfortable bed!!

Did a lot of homework on all of the internet matress companies out there and chose Purple because of the massive amount of great reviews and also the talk of firmness in the reviews. The matress doesn't sink at all. Very firm - but because of the gel on top still has softness, spring and full support. I've been sleeping like a champ ever since getting this thing. It's not hype - this is the best matress I've ever had. Get one!

What an awesome mattress, best sleep I have had in twenty five years! I would recommend Purple to all. Love my Purple Pillow as well. Just Fantastic throughout, purchase, shipping, placement, and best of all lying down for a rest filled, dream filled, 8 hours!
