When we first bought this mattress it was comfortable and we loved it.This was an expensive mattress and it DID NOT last for what we paid. This mattress has sagged relatively quickly after purchase. Bought at the end of 2017 and it's been uncomfortable for about around 2 yeas, so if you think over $1000 is worth 2-2.5 years??? We have rotated and still it's not comfortable and we are now having to look to replace our 5 year old mattress. Their limited warrant is very limited and looks to be much to difficult to really have them help us out. The sheets also were bad news. I would recommend people look else where for their sleep needs.

Was a fast delivery, easy to set up. It immediately relieved shoulder pain my old matress caused. Experienced pain in hips for first 2 weeks but disappeared. Husband was concerned it was not firm enough at first but is adjusting. We have couple of months to decide whether to keep or not. So far we are adjusting well & thinking this is good investment.

I had the worst back problems when I had a memory foam mattress, I'm only 27 years old and I could barely get out of bed which is a big problem when I'm a mom of 2 littles and a full time CNA. After getting the purple mattress it was amazing nights 1&2 I think my back was still healing from the old bed but I felt it getting better, by the 3rd morning I hopped right out and had my full energy. I plan on buying Both my kids A Purple mattress. This mattress is a dream come true, and I am never buying a different brand.

I was surprised at this mattress. I came from a Tempur pedic. At first I thought "this mattress is not soft and cozy". But the next morning I woke up with no pain. I love it! My only cautionary item to report is the mattress is HEAVY and if your bedroom is on the second story your gonna need help setting up.

My wife and I are in our fifties. Although we remain physically active (perhaps because of it :-), more things hurt more often than they once did. The Purple mattress is a complete game changer in comfort. We've both noticed we seem to get to sleep more easily and more deeply (more restful) than traditional mattresses ever did. Two weeks after we started using Purple, we travelled during the recent Holiday season and ended up so looking forward to getting back home to sleep on Purple once again. Bought the purple mattress queen + mattress protector + 2 free King pillows and I've been in heaven. I was worried about not being heavy enough to sink a bit into the bed(from reviews), but I've had it for almost 60 days, and I love it. I'm 170lbs, stomach/side sleeper with mild lower back issues from sports and this mattress solved all those problems.(plus the pillows are simply amazing as well). Finding the perfect mattress is a myth I took a gamble and it really worked out, I will NOT be retruning this one ♥.

We have been sleeping on our King size Purple for a few weeks now. We love it! My spouse was skeptical at first but the 100 night free return won her over. I used to sleep on a heating pad almost every night due to low back pain and now rarely do. I don't toss and turn as much at night which leads to more rest. Do not be fooled by the hype that Purple mattresses seem to carry with them Firstly, their mattresses themselves are very cheaply made and WILL bulge or sag after only a year or two. And when the mattress sags, purple will deny your warrantee. Their business model favors policy over the customer, which means that you as the customer assume any and all risk when buying anything from Purple. They enforce warrantee denials with militant rigidity, proving that their "warantee" promise is nothing more than a cash grab for greedy executives and an upsell that ends up being useless. This means that once a mattress leaves them, they essentially wash their hands of it forever. BEWARE ANY stain on the mattress whatsoever completely voids your warrantee. No exceptions, no circumstances, period In addition, Purple makes exaggerated claims that their mattresses relieve back pain. As someone with two herniated discs in the L4 and L5 regions I didn't have any relief from my back pain in the three years that I had used their mattress, often waking up numb from the waist down. My experience with purple is that I had fallen victim to an overhyped but underperforming cheaply made mattress and a very questionable business model that failed to deliver when it mattered most and leaves you with an experience of taking your money and only leaving you with simply "too bad" in return. I will never buy another mattress from Purple and I strongly advise you to reconsider the hype and quality it is presented with because all it proves to be is smoke and mirrors nothing more.

The fabric is so amazing, it is a shame to put sheets on it. I wasn't convinced it was the best until we slept on another bed. Loved coming back to the purple. Thanks for ruining every hotel bed ever. It is firmer than my husband expected, which normally causes him pain. However, with the purple there is no pain.

Lower Back still hurts and now my upper back hurts. I wrestled with the pillow for nights and then bought a new one, then switched back to old pillows. I'm just not comfortable. Shoulder hurts as I'm a side sleeper, I don't feel the fluff they advertised. I'm sorry to say, and now I'm sleeping terrible and I don't know how I'm going to send this bed back as it weighs a ton and was a miracle I got it out of the bag.
