This mattress is perfect. My wife and I both used to gravitate toward the center of our old mattress, where it caved in, and wind up fighting about which of us was on the other's side more. This isn't a problem anymore! We like sleeping together again! She even hooked up the TV in the bedroom! We're never leaving this bed. Seriously, it's great. It isn't hot. We can't feel each other move at night, which is good for my wife because I move around more than two pigs fighting under a blanket at night and now I get yelled at a lot less on the whole. Money well spent!

The mattress is firm but comfortable. I can feel the grids in the mattress which is a little unusual. I bought it specifically to help my pressure points as I have RA. Last night my shoulder hurt, but hopefully it's a fluke and not the mattress. I really want it to work.

After the third day I would be squirming in the seat trying to ease the pressure so I tried the Royal Purple. It was OK but a little small for me even tho I fairly slim, So, I upgraded to the Ultimate Purple and I am very pleased. Its extra large and extra thick. It takes a little getting use too because its so thick it moves side to side but the comfort is so good! I drive over 3000 miles a week with very little discomfort. It was on the expensive side but Its well worth the money to me. Without it I would have been hurting for sure. I am well pleased with this cushion.

This mattress is in my guest room. We have a toddler and a newborn so sometimes I stay on the guest room to sleep through the night on the purple mattress. I tend to wake up with less back pain. As a consumer, I am still waiting to see Purple's response to the questions around the white plastic particles that seem to be unanswered. I'm not necessarily concerned, but I will look forward to hearing details that respond to some people's concerns.

That was what I was dealing with. I am happy to say that the only reason I'm not sleeping well anymore is because of the 30 extra front-loaded pounds I have to haul from one side of my body to the other while I'm switching sides, not my sciatic pain, and my husband doesn't snore anymore. Ha-lay-loo-yah. It's all the mattress's fault. I love Purple.

So I bought this for my girlfriend thinking it would be something only she'd enjoy (I'd never even heard of Purple). However, I foresee myself getting a mattress of my own in the near future. The only complaint we had was how friggin long FedEx took to deliver (10 days). Besides that it was a great experience. I absolutely suggest this bed to others. P.S. She states her chronic back pain has improved significantly!

I was nervous about buying a bed that I had not seen in person and to be honest it took me about 3 months to make the decision. The mattresses are not cheap but TOTALLY WORTH every penny I spent. I bought 2 twin xl mattresses one for me and one for my son. I suffer with hip pain and my son wakes with chronic headaches but since purchasing the purple mattresses, we no longer suffer...it is just freaking amazing

I purchased the purple mattress after owning the harmony purple pillow because I loved it. When it came time to buy a mattress, I thought I'd give it a shot and only ordered the purple mattress and the foundation. I was disappointed because it wasn't what I expected. When you first get on it, as you make your way to the middle, you feel yourself going through the whole thing, all the way to the foundation boards. Then you lay down and it becomes a comfortable mattress since your weight is distributed nicely. But don't move or else you'll feel those boards again. Thinking about upgrading to the Hybrid Mattress after the trial period is over but it's definitely more expensive.

I've been sleeping on the Purple for a few weeks now and I still don't know if it's a keeper, or not? I had done a test with Nectar and after about a month I knew it wasn't the right one... and now Purple is still in my trial period. Positive - great company to deal with. Packaging is incredible too! Mattress may simply be too firm for me.

I am a fibromyalgia sufferer so it's very important to avoid a mattress that causes pain with pressure points. I have had this mattress for about a month and am happy to report that the Purple Mattress has been a great solution. I no longer sleep with a body pillow because this mattress makes it unnecessary.
