My hips and shoulders were bothering me very morning after sleeping in my bed. I figured I needed a new mattress although the one I had was only 4 years old. I did some research on different types of mattresses and saw that the Purple Mattress got good reviews and was rated well.. My daughter had also bouts one and liked it. I thought I'd give it a try especially since you had over 100 days to try it out. After the first couple of days, I no longer woke up with hip and shoulder! My husband also said that his back no longer bothered him! I love the bed because it gives great support but is not too firm and not be soft- just right! Both my husband and I have slept so well on this mattress. I am so glad I bought it! I am a side sleeper but during the night I tend to go on my back. Either way I sleep, I no longer have any pain.

We just bought our second purple mattress because my husband wanted a king sized bed. Now we have two mattresses. The higher frame allows us to store a lot of stuff under our bed too. We are so happy to have this bed. It is so nice for our older bodies to wake up without aches and stiffness (up to a point!)

After struggling for the past year with neck and shoulder pain I finally decided to take a chance on a new bed. I also bought the purple power base and purple pillow. I worried about buyer's remorse but there is no remorse here! I no longer wake up with numbness or pain in my shoulders and neck. The anti-snore position has saved my breathing and allowed me to sleep on my back for the first time in a long time! I can comfortably switch from side or back sleep without the aid of 5 + pillows. Purple bed is a sleep saver and pillow saver!

My wife and I had high hopes for the purple, but found it too firm in seemingly the wrong ways. It felt somewhere near as firm as our old spring mattress, but we both kept waking up on the purple with back pain, even after 6 weeks of trying to adjust. Switching back to our old spring mattress alleviated the pain for us immediately. We ultimately ended up with a softer foam mattress from Tuft & Needle which doesn't give us any pain issues.

After looking at all of the advertisements for purple I decided to purchase the hybrid 2. The first week I woke up hurting feeling like I slept on the floor. After the 3rd week the mattress has gotten a little softer but I wake with a little pain. I'm willing to upgrade to the highest mattress they have and pay the difference just to give them another chance.

I received my mattress and bedding bundle quickly, it was easy to set up (I got the original, so it wasn't insanely heavy), and it's SO much more comfortable than my last (regular box spring/mattress set) bed! I've even been able to sleep on my back sometimes, which I've never been able to do before in my entire life. Very happy.

There are better mattresses, but they are 3 grand plus. I sleep well on the purple and really feel like I got a great value for my money. No regrets. Hopefully a year from now, I haven't lost support and it's not sagging. I'll keep you posted. Customer service is second to none. I bought this for my wife's birthday, and didn't realize shipping was over a month out. I called to see if there was anything I could do to expedite shipping. They said they'd try, but probably not. Two days later I got the mattress. Seriously, somebody made an effort and took great care of me. 10 stars for customer service.

After the first night, I immediately had less pain in my back and hips. After the first week, there was no doubt. I sleep longer and better than I have in years. Instead of waking up in a random position, I wake up in almost the exact same position I fell asleep in. Fantastic mattress.

Overall Quality feels good. Comfortable. I would say it is one of the more comfortable mattresses I've slept on. In this price range it was the most comfortable mattress I've had. Would be nice if it was a tad cooler but is still far cooler than a foam bed.

My husband and I have been having issues for about a year with our old mattress. We decided to invest in a new one and bought a Purple. We went with the original mattress thinking it was the same as my sister's Purple 2 bought 2 years ago. After purchasing we found out the equivalent to her mattress is the Purple Hybrid which would probably give us a better sleep. Still, this Purple Mattress is much better than the old pillow-top we had (even as a new pillow-top)! I would recommend Purple (which ever mattress works for you Purple, Hybrid or Premier 3 or 4) to anyone suffering with sleep or back issues. Just make sure you talk to a Purple salesperson first to ensure you get the best sleep possible. In future, we'll probably get the Premier 3!
