Our Sleep Number bed gave out a few years ago and we switched to a latex bed-in-a-box. Hated it. Only 6 inches thick, it was a miserable sleep. Finally did a ton of research and landed on Purple. It's exceptional. Quick delivery, easy set up and a blissful sleep. Well done Purple.

I bought the #2 Purple Mattress one week ago. I haven't slept all nite in years, mostly due to old age, I thought. Since buying this mattress I have slept thru the nite every nite, no break in period. I can't say enough good things about it, I fall asleep fast and stay asleep, no pills and wake up refreshed and not hurting from arthritis now. I am a very happy PURPLE PERSON. Thank you for this wonderful mattress.

I liked the mattress in the beginning, but being more of a side sleeper it didn't really suit me or my wife, I think it was too firm at my shoulders but not firm enough at the waist or one affected the other. I was waking up with shoulder and back pain, my wife would wake up with back pain, this is the original Purple mattress, I think if the Purple Hybrid 3 or 4 would have been in our budget, those would have been better choices for us, I wouldn't rule them out in the future.

My wife and I spent 10 years of our marriage on a fluffy cushion top mattress. We felt like we loved it, but I was also slowly feeling like I was getting more back problems which I attributed to getting older and having four children. We were moving and decided it was time to change out our mattress. I was pretty excited about purple after watching the egg drop video so I took what I thought was a gamble. It was a major adjustment going from a fluffy pillow top to a gentle smooshy purple mattress. The first time I laid on, I was expecting the bumpy fluff I was accustomed to, but instead received a gentle coddling around my entire body. I didn't know what to think so I figured I'd give it 30-days. After a two-week adjustment period, I had a business trip and once in a hotel on another mattress it hit me. I had my wife go and lay on our old mattress. We were both shocked and how painful those other spring pillow top mattress were compared to purple. Purple is not like jumping on a pillow or sleeping on the ground, but it is exactly what it says 'just right'. I didn't realize how poor other mattress were at supporting the contours of my body. My arms or legs don't ever get tingly or numb. My back and neck never get sore or stiff anymore. I wouldn't have believed it. I'm so glad that I took the time to get my body accustomed to a good night's rest on gentle cradling dream mattress. If you are going from a spring or pillow top to this, give it a few weeks for your body to relax into it and you will be surprised by what you thought was comfortable before wasn't really. I have recommend this to all of my friends and family (even co-workers). Smoosh and relax into your dreams.

I wasnt sure about getting it but after watching many reviews I decided to go for it. Haven't regretted it one bit! I had a tempurpedic mattress that was saggy on the sides and kept giving my a neck pain, all of this is gone with the purple mattress. I now wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. You wont regret!

This is Mrs. McCormick, Christian's wife Stacey. Christian said that I would not be disappointed in the "Purple Mattress" but I slightly am. I thought it would be a little thicker as I am use to a 12 inch mattress. We just got married in January and this is our first Queen sized mattress (from a full-size). The roominess is quite comfortable and it does feel like I am sleeping on a cloud but it just too low for me. We would be interested in the the pillows and maybe the sheets but not too sure yet.

I ordered the king mattress and two pillows in hopes that my back and my joints would be forever changed. And boy was I right! I had not slept that well in years, honestly!!! However, disappointment set in just two weeks after the purchase because the mattress started to dip. We gave it another week and it fell in even more. So while I was sleeping 200 times better than I ever have, this mattress didn't withstand the longevity test I hoped it would have. The pillows are awesome though, even though they weigh quite a bit.

The Purple mattress is really something amazing. It is a firm mattress yet it is soft at the same time. When you put your hand on it and push it is very firm but when you lay on it, it is soft. It is as though the material gives just enough for it to be a soft mattress yet firm enough to support your whole body. I don't wake up with body aches and pains anymore.

As someone who has slept on a Tempurpedic for the last 7 years I tend to judge other mattress in comparison. I bought this as a second bed for my guest room and have slept in it for the last week. The top layer takes some getting used to but once you do it's totally worth it. I feel as though my back is supported and I have no problem getting comfortable. I'm sure my guests will agree that it's an awesome mattress. I may have a problem getting the MIL to leave!!!

I love it!!! What a game changer! All the pressure points have disappeared, my back actually feels good in the morning when i wake up. It's definitely different than any mattress I've been on. I don't really notice the grid-like pattern when I'm on it which is good. I think it does an awesome job at absorbing pressure and movement. I'm the only one sleeping on it so i cant provide any review if a partner's movement can be noticed or not though. Overall love it a bunch! I would say give it a couple of nights to a week to kind of "break it in" and adjust with it, and then you'll probably never want to sleep on anything else but this mattress
