My wife loves it!! Me still working into it I guess, I hurt the first 2 weeks we had it was very disappointed. But I sleep on my side so I need a softer bed and this really is not a soft bed. The purple section is but after that it really firms up and for a side sleeper i can be painful. I did some research and everything said give it a couple of weeks. ( I Just got done trying a sleep# bed for the worst 2 months of my life) But I hung in there and I will say after 2 weeks I have become much more comfortable! I sleep deeper than I have in a long while and I don't wake up sore any more. The longer I sleep on it the better it feels. But I don't know if it will ever be as comfortable as I remember my first memory foam bed being. But I do believe the purple is better for me.

Well..it has taken me a while to adapt to the mattress, I still feel that it is a little hard , not soft like I was hoping, maybe the purple 3 and purple 4 are softer, but the Original is not for sure. I must say that I do feel how icreates the shape around my body like all the videos. The videos was a great job from you guys, that was the reason why I decided to buy your mattress instead of another one. If you could send me a pillow as a sample I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Ive been sleeping on the Purple since a couple of months now and it has been fantastic! My back problems vanished! The only thing I would wish for is that the mattress would be a little higher but I would buy it again. In fact I will purchase another for my guest bedroom!

I suffer from bad TMJ -- pretty much everything shoulders up is always tight. Since night 1 of sleeping on the Purple, I have noticed a reduction in muscle tightness. Especially on nights where, due to work, I'm only able to get a few hours of sleep, I fall asleep quickly and wake up with less tension than I used to. Thanks, Purple!

I've had my Purple 3 mattress and adjusted base for a week now, and have gotten the best sleep of my life! I have scoliosis and fibromyalgia, and have had a love hate relationship with every mattress in the past. Since I've had my Purple, I have nothing but love. The adjustable base helps with my husband's sleep apnea. He no longer snores, which helps me sleep even better! I wake up feeling refreshed, now. This has been, by far, the best purchase I've ever made!

I have relatively broad shoulders for my frame, so sleeping on my side (the only way I can sleep) meant I either had to let my shoulder get crushed and cause a huge arc in my back or raise my arm up and use it as a pillow to decrease my back arc - both ways resulted in really restless sleep and shoulder/neck pain. After a week with Purple my pain started to ease up and after a month I'm sleeping all night and waking up pain free. My wife adjusted more immediately, and like me, she's waking up ready to start the day rather than waking up sore or tired. I would absolutely recommend Purple

We've had our purple mattress for about 4 months now, it's without question, the best mattress I've ever slept on. Every night when my wife and I climb into bed we comment that it's like climbing onto a cloud. Definite improvement in my sleep since it was delivered, would recommend to anyone!

The mattress obviously has great reviews and a big "fan base". We've tried multiple other 'mail-order-mattresses' and the purple definitely stood out to us. We bought one, and after a couple of weeks, we were 'broken in' to it. We slept great the first month and thought we'd keep it. I REALLY like the surface layer and the cool give it provides, though I wish there were another option or two for softer base layers. As time has gone on, we have awoken achier and achier. We haven't adjusted any other aspect of our night as far as sleep time, positions, diet, etc. Just a few weeks ago we went elsewhere and slept on a cheap mattress (as per Purple's recommendation for comparison) which was very uncomfortable in comparison. We came home and slept great the first night back on the purple, but then just got uncomfortable again and don't seem to be sleeping as well. I sleep best on my back, but part way through the night I inevitably have to turn on my side because I get too achy. Ultimately, I love the hypo-elastomeric polymer purple grid on the surface, but I think some softer options on the underlayers of foam would have made it a keeper for us. We slept on it for nearly the full 100 days to give it the benefit of the doubt, ultimately returning it. I think you'd have a hit if you decided to manufacture and sell a much lower cost "purple topper" that could be thrown on any bed! (Send me one to test when you do!)

Needed a new bed due to a long distance move. We researched a lot of bed in a box brands and decided on Purple. The Purple bed has been comfortable from day 1! We've slept great every night (10 nights). It is a supportive bed. We prefer a firmer mattress. We bought the bed frame and very satisfied with it. Easy to put together. The metal headboard we had fit well

Our daughter recommended the Original Purple Mattress after using one for about a year. We bought the Original Purple and tried it out for about 6 months and thought we'd found perfection for our scenario. We loved it so much that when we moved into our new house we bought Purple again, but went with the Purple 3 Mattress and it was even more outstanding. How could they improve, but they did. We moved that first Original Purple into one of our guest rooms and now relatives fight over who gets that room when they stay. As for.me, I don't care because I have my Purple 3.
