We've had our Purple for maybe a month. Best. Bed. Ever. I have a herniated disk, and my fiance just has back pain in general, and our backs had been hurting really badly on our old horrible mattress. We decided to give Purple a try, and we absolutely LOVE it! Best decision ever and best purchase ever! < 3 < 3 < 3

I tested dozens of mattresses. I normally need very very firm beds to prevent my back and neck from aching; I tried the new versions of my old mattress (Sealy Posturepedic) and thought they were ok; then the second I laid down on the Purple Mattress (original) I almost died. It is the perfect blend of support and squish. I cant just lay in bed and not fall asleep now; great for night time, bad for my stack of books. I cant imagine any mattress coming close to this level of comfort. I tried Nectar and Molecule and neither offered the experience that the Purple did. This mattress is worth every penny.

My wife loves it, she would give it a 5. Her only complaint is that it took 5 weeks for them to get it to us. She is pregnant and it has wonderful for her back and legs. For me it has not been so great. I sleep in all positions throughout the night and some don't workout so well. The bed is great for side sleeping and back sleeping, but not so good for front sleeping. If I sleep on my front I wake up with hip pain, lower back pain, and neck stiffness. I have never woke up with a headache before, but I did a few times the first week of having this bed because of the neck stiffness. It has gotten better the longer we have the bed, like they said it would, but I think it's because I'm sleeping on my front less, rather then the bed "getting softer" or my body "getting use to sleeping correctly." I would give it 2 stars, but I went with 4 because the wife always wins.

The mattress is so comfortable that I'm having trouble getting out of bed in the morning -- my kid's been late to school 4 times since the mattress came. My only complaint is that I didn't know until after I'd purchased the mattress and bed frame that the bed frame would come almost a full month after the mattress. As a single mom, it's hard to get a 150 pound mattress elevated a few feet.

After using Purple for about 2 months, I love the Purple mattress and Purple pillows; they're like nothing I've ever slept on before. It did take about 2 weeks for me to adjust from a traditional spring-type mattress - my old mattress was midrange on price and quality, definitely not "cheap." My wife took a little over 3 weeks to adjust to Purple, and she says she loves it too. I highly doubt I'll ever find a better night's sleep.

This bed is almost perfect for my boyfriend and I. He is a very large man and needs a firm mattress and I am a small but very curvy girl (I have 38" hips and a 24" waist and I only weigh 115lbs compared to his 250lbs of muscle) and I usually need the softest mattress I can find. We have been on a hunt for a mattress that suits both our needs and this is very close. It still does not quite support my lower back because my hips seem to not weigh enough to sink far enough for my waist to meet the mattress. It is much better than the firm mattress with a pillow topper we had before but not as comfortable for me as the mattress I had before this relationship.

Now, this is a nice mattress and all, I love how it feels. But it changed my life in another way. My wife has terrible sleep apnea, and I'm no scientist but sleeping on this mattress has nearly eliminated her apnea. I have slept this good since before I got married. Thank you Purple!

Love the bed it is very comfortable gad a problem on one side of bed collapsing reported it to purple they had an new one sent in 2 weeks. So nice to know they stand behind there products and I still love the bed very comfy. And I wake up pain. Free and then the day starts. Can't wait to go to bed to help with pain. Thank you purple

At first I loved the mattress... but after a year it developed a hole that sucks you into it, which is not covered by the warranty because the bed springs back to its original shape after a bit. Even though it has the good shape, as soon as you get on you roll into the hole -- that part of the bed does not have any strength anymore. It's uncomfortable to sleep on -- I've chosen to sleep on the couch over the bed for the past several nights.

I've not noticed anything to make this mattress stand out from traditional mattress I've owned. I am still unsure if I'm going to keep this mattress. I've given it the requested amount of time to adjust to the mattress. I go to bed feeling fine and wake up sore and stiff. I do sleep cooler so thats a plus but waking up sore and stiff subtracts from that. I had high hopes for this mattress after doing research and reading reviews but I do get it. This mattress is ok but I'm not sure I want to keep it. I do like the sheets they are streachy and soft and cool
