We have had our queen purple for around 5 months now. It is incredibly comfortable and has helped reduce back pain and head aches. We travel a lot and wish hotels would adopt the magic purple. We have a second home in another state and just purchased a purple for it.

First and foremost we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the mattress!!!!! We tell everyone about it! Have it for 2 years now! Unfortunately we can't say the same about the sheets. We received our first set and LOVED the soft feeling but they started getting holes in them. Contacted customer service and they were awesome and received another set! We were pumped! Except within a very short amount of time they too started getting little holes in them because the fabric is so thin :( wouldn't recommend the sheets. Such a bummer because while we give our great mattress reviews we have to tell others not to get the sheets :(

For the last couple of years, I have been wanting to get a new mattress but never wanted to go to a store and go through the process. I had heard about Purple through podcasts and had watched the rather funny but informative commercials but never made the switch. Last month I finally did! I absolutely love it! I work long hour and usually wake up sore. Since I have had purple that hasn't been an issue plus I sleep more soundly then I have in a long while. I highly recommend to anyone.

This may be the second or third review I've ever left for any product ever but my wife and I's experience with Purple warranted a review. I'll keep it short. Spend the money and get everything you can from this company. My wife and I travel a lot and have always talked about how we wish our home mattress felt like the super plush and comfy mattresses of the hotels we stay at. Not anymore. Now when we travel, we find ourselves wishing we could take our Purple mattress with us. Again, just spend the money and get it. I can be very critical of products but I've been nothing but happy with Purple. Do it!!!

I've had my Purple Mattress for a couple of months now and I have absolutely no complaints with it. I injured my back some years ago and have been in a lot of pain more recently and the Purple Mattress has helped me get consistent pain free sleep throughout the night. I rave about it to my family and friends and since they know the issues I've been living with, they're now making the switch or looking to make it soon in the near future. Thank you for this awesome mattress Purple! I just wish I would've made the switch sooner!!

I really wanted to be able to give this bed 5 stars. I realize that when you only make one mattress, you have to try to find the firmness sweet spot that suits the most people. Unfortunately, this mattress is just a little too firm for both me (~190lbs) and my wife (~100lbs). The mattress does live up to its claims of no pressure -- it's really great at getting out of the way localized pressure spots like shoulders, hips, etc, but it just doesn't feel like it's cradling the whole body. The feel is much more of sleeping on top of the mattress than settling into it at all. Still, it's pretty comfortable, and definitely stays cool. But it's just not cozy at all. We're about a month into the 100 day trial, and we're going to stick it out for a while longer to see if we adjust to it more. Here's hoping.

So customer service is huge to me. And in this day and age I feel like no one takes pride and ownership in their work. I had my original mattress for two years then I noticed a slight defect in it and I emailed the company and instantly got a reply. I was shocked and it was from a real person. We talked for a few minutes and I realized the issue was covered by their warranty and without anymore questions and what seemed like a short days my new mattress was at my door step replaced free of cost. I was so amazed that this company kept their word ! I tell everyone I know to buy a purple. The mattress is fantastic AND the warranty and customer service is top notch.

All parts arrived on the same day, got two hunky men to cart it upstairs and put it together and I haven't been happier and more comfortable in a bed EVER! Good customer service and was impressed with the packaging and speed of shipment. That mattress is C O M F O R T A B L E,, the under bed lighting is helpful and ooh lala that massage is heavenly. We bought an original Purple mattress, king size. So far, it is so comfortable, we love it! I can't in good conscience give five stars just yet, because I don't know how it's going to hold up with time. Also, I've noticed that a lot of mattress manufacturers, especially memory foam types, are skimping on size, and hoping you just buy their custom sized platform instead of a standard bed frame. Purple is better than the Serta it replaced, but still not *exactly* a standard king size. But overall, it was affordable, and we are extremely pleased, we are sleeping deeply, and less back pain. Definitely recommend!

every morning when I got up, I would sit in my massage chair to get the stiffness out of my back. Now I don't need to. Everyone in the family has taken a turn sleeping on it. They all say it is great. My 18 year old grand daughter has tried it 3 times.
