Absolutely love this mattress. Have had two back surgeries and this mattress finally alleviates tension from long days. The only fault I can find with it is now it is a struggle to actually get out of bed in AM due to comfort level. Good problem to have!

The mattress was delivered January 25,2018 and I have been sleeping on it since then. It does help some but I am only able for 5-6 hours on until my back pain really starts in. I had a Tempurpedic before this and work up in worse shape. So, it does help some but I'm still in great pain in the morning. I can only sleep partly on my side and back, right or left. I won't even think about sleeping fully on either side, I wouldn't be able to walk the next day. My problem is, I don't know whether it warrants keeping the mattress or returning it since I still wake up in pain, just not as much.

My wife and I bought 2 of your Purple pillows last week and my 110 lbs of Chocolate Labrador stole it from me. I have had pinched nerves in my upper back and neck for the past 28 years due to a severe accident involving a 3" tree branch. The injury left me with Partial Atlanto-occipital dislocation on the left side and a fracture of C-2. I was 27 when it happened and have rarely had a restful nights sleep since. I always woke with a stiff neck or some muscle in my back jumping around. I have tried most pillows on the market with few success stories, until I found this pillow. The very first morning I woke up and had to lay there for a few minutes trying to figure out what was happening with my neck. There was NO PAIN, NO MUSCLE SPASM!! My brain was not computing the feeling, when I finally sat up and moved around there was almost no pain for the remainder of the day. For the past 8 nights I have slept for 7 to 9 hours every night!!! Still almost no pain. I'm indebted to you folks for developing such a remarkable product. Thank You, from the bottom of my heart Thank You. Now if I can only get the pillow back from my dog, he's really attached to it and barely moves once he's planted on it. Purple Review My boyfriend and I ordered the Original Purple Mattress in king because we wanted an upgrade from our queen Beautyrest HyBrid Mattress. My boyfriend is about 200 pounds and I am 140 and we are both somewhat sensitive sleepers. The delivery was smooth, our mattress arrived in a purple burrito shaped bag right on our front doorstep. When we unrolled the mattress and it decompressed, we were both disappointed by the height. It seemed very thin, And when one person stood on the mattress and the other watched, you could see their foot was almost touching the ground. Personally I found sleeping on the mattress uncomfortable because of the purple grid pattern underneath. It felt like I was sleeping on a chain link fence, but instead of metal, it was rubber. It was very prominent and I never was able to get used to it. However, I woke up in the morning feeling fine I didn't have any back pain or anything. My boyfriend, on the other hand, woke up every morning with tons of back pain. Overall, we both agreed that the mattress never really gave us that "tucked into bed feeling" and we decided to return it before our 100 night free trial expired. The returns process was extremely easy, all I had to do was fill out a form with some details and I was given the option to either donate it or recycle it. I chose to donate it and within a few days a donation team came and picked it up, albeit they struggled a lot as the mattress has no handles and is extremely heavy. It only took one day after that for Purple to process my return to and to issue my refund. In conclusion, I do not recommend the original purple mattress, but if you try it and decide to return it, definitely make sure you complete the entire refund process before the hundred days is over.

Love this mattress! Soft yet provides great support. I purchased the mattress because my hips hurt when sleeping on my side, I still feel a little discomfort (think my body is still adjusting to the mattress) but NOTHING like the pain I had sleeping on the 3,000.00 mattress we purchased only 4 years ago! Would definitely recommend this mattress and have already!

My husband and I have enjoyed our new mattress so much! It almost feels like we aren't sleeping on anything. Our joints and backs have felt so much better since we got it. We also got the sheets and they are suuuuper soft! We want to buy the pillows next! :)

So far the mattress seems to be well worth the cost. I have chronic back and neck problems due to IED blasts in Afghanistan and Iraq, and it helps. But if you choose this company just know that if there is a mistake made by the Purple company in your shipping the customer service is terrible to work with. They were so bad I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. But, like I said the mattress sleeps fine so far and it has been in use for one week.

This is the best mattress i have ever had. So comfortable and my body no longer aches, especially my back. My old mattress hurt my back sooo bad. Not this one..Like sleeping on a perfectly fit comfy cloud. Loved it sooo much ordered a mattress for my daughter and for our spare room. Thank you!

Was a little nervous buying without testing it but knowing i could return it without issue was a big selling point. Mattress is much cooler then memory foam. My wife and I are both less then 200 pounds, and we really like the feel of the mattress. Not too hard, not too soft

I was really excited to get this purple mattress. My best friend raved st how much she loved it. I ordered the sheets, mattress, mattress cover, and frame. So I expected it to be great per all the reviews. Perhaps my expectations were too high. My first impression was that the mattress seemed smaller than my previous queen. We've slept on it for a couple months. I keep waiting for the miraculous feeling so many others had. In my opinion, this bed is no better than anything else I could have purchased for half the price. I'm giving it a little more time before contacting the company. But as of today, I wouldn't recommend the purple bed.
