Really love this mattress. It provides support without any pain. It is like you are floating on the bed. Also feels cooler than a regular or memory foam mattress. Love that the material instantly goes back to the regular shape as you move unlike memory foam which takes time to puff back up. Overall I am a fan and when the time comes I will go to Purple first again!

Been about a month since I started sleeping on this bed. I would say this is the most comfortable bed I've sleep on. I'm a big guy 6-3, 315lbs and I fit well on my twin bed.. Going to order the head board and pillow next. I would recommend this bed to other big guys. Also, it is an easy bed to assemble and would be easy to move from house to house if you are the moving type of oerson

We've had these mattresses for 3 weeks. We purchased 2 twin XL original purple mattresses ( we have 2 twin XL adjustable bases) they replaced 7 year old tempurpedic mattresses. My husband loves it. I'm still trying to decide. The good for me - my hips and shoulders aren't sore and stuff in the morning and I can roll over/change positions without having to sit up first. It also feels cosier when I lay down at night ( the tempurpedic didn't have this). The cons for me - it's too cool ( this is the best part for my husband) it's ok if I heat it up first with a heating blanket, I am considering a heated mattress cover in low. I also end up sleeping on my back which is weird, I've never been a back sleeper, but something I think I can get used to. Husband is a stomach sleeper and Still is in this mattress. Also, when the head of my mattress is up (i have GERD) the mattress doesn't feel right, you lose support because your weight is pressing down at an angle to the structure of the grid and it almost feels like I'm slipping. I lowered the head of my bed and added water to my water pillow and that has worked so far. The test will be when I'm having an esophageal flare up. Anyway, I know we Will keep muy Husband's, but I'll give mine some more time ( and a heated mattress cover!) delivery was fast and set up was super easy.

I like the bed very much. My only problem is it's hot..I even bought the purple sheets. Still hot. I spoke to customer service 3 times. No help there. I bought this one because it says it keeps you cool. NOT COOL. I guess it's up to me to figure it out. I give the bed a 9 out of 10 score. Customer Service, maybe a 1.

THE CUSHION - After falling in love with the Simply Purple seat cushion, I knew I would be buying a Purple mattress someday (I had a bad pressure sore that developed from sleeping in an armchair because the bed was too painful, and the cushion caused it to heal up completely!). THE MATTRESS - The day finally came, when Purple had the promo of free sheets with mattress purchase! Hooray!! I also purchased the mattress protector, and everything was delivered a week after I ordered! I have slept on my Purple original queen mattress for two weeks now. I have degenerative arthritis, with painful back and knee damage. From the first night, when I lay down, after the initial pain of lying down and putting pressure on those joints, in less than a minute it seemed like the mattress was "absorbing" the pain away from my body - I have needed no "breaking in" period like other reviewers have experienced. I do not even need a pillow under my legs to take the pressure off my lower back and knees - the mattress fully supports everywhere, and I am a heavy woman. THE SHEETS - Also, the mattress protector is very nice, not stiff, just soft and stretchy, as are the sheets. The sheets are a must for the mattress to do its job. However, I love cotton sheets/pillowcases, so I only use the fitted bottom sheet (which stays completely snapped in place no matter how you move) and just use my cotton top sheet and pillowcases. I have my mattress on top of my existing queen box foundation/frame. THE HAPPY ENDING - Bliss!! Praise God for the Purple technology; He knew I would be needing it!

We recently bought a queen mattress for my son's new bed. It's super comfortable, a great value and looks great too. We did have an issue with initially receiving the wrong size, but the customer service team was amazing! They were extremely quick to respond, apologize and fix the situation. Their solution was well above expectations and I was super impressed. We will definitely be buying more products from this company in the future!

I have had this mattress for about 8 months now and I have never felt more supported. Would definitely recommend! The only thing I hope for in the future is for them to come out with a mattress cover that is protective against pests like bed bugs. I live in the city so I had to go with another protector that will keep pests out. So, I feel like I may not be getting the full experience without the stretchy cover they sell here at Purple. Regardless, I am in love!

I have spent years struggling with sleep and have a lot of pain in my upper body. Over the years I have purchased alot of mattresses and tried to modify them to help with the pain and discomfort I deal with. I finally decided to gamble and purchased the purple mattress. After the first night and every since I do not wake up in pain. I kidd you not. I will never own any another mattress again as far as I am concerned. This mattress keeps me cool as well which I love since I don't like to sleep hot. I give it a 10 out of 10.

I am one to want to really take care of my body, it is for this reason that I have jumped for mattress to mattress in search for that perfect one. If I'm being honest here I didn't trust purple, I thought it couldn't be that good, is an internet product, c'mon yet I couldn't be any more wrong about it, purple it is indeed the perfect mattress.

We got our first mattress about six years ago and unfortunately over time it lost its support. A friend reminded me of the warrantee and I figured what could I loose so I contacted purple with my story. They were AMAZING. I sent a few pics and within a day or two our new mattress was on its way. Unfortunately through a mix up they delivered the wrong size to a long ago address. I thought for sure it was all over but no, they were so apologetic and comped us a wonderful set of purple sheets which are awesome in their own right and then they sent another new mattress to the right address and it is the right size. Not only that they communicated with us throughout the process so we knew what was happening. Now we are sleeping pretty on our new mattress and they arranged for pick up of the old. I can't express how fantastic the customer service is and how great and comfy the products are. I will always have a purple going forward and recommend you do too!!
