We really really want to love the mattress but it is not too comfortable for us and we feel lots of aches when waking up. I think we might be sending it back. To order, customer service and delivery would be a 5 star. The mattress for us would be a 2.

I was hesitant about having a bed, base and headboard shipped to me, but it was worth it. My old bed was so bad I had to make the decision for change. I did a lot of research on the "foam" like beds and purple beat everyone out with what I was looking for. Cooling, comfort, firmness. I have been in the bed for 3 weeks now and my back thanks me. Also, the base and headboard setup were so easy to do. Loving this bed.

I was definitely skeptical about the mattress, especially after reading the Wirecutter review. But my wife wanted to try it because I sleep hot and I was surprised to find I loved it. I wish this was available for us to try in the Purple store we went to, instead we had to find a Mattress Firm that had it (none nearby) or order blindly online. Because we liked the Purple Plus we tried in the store but wanted something a little firmer, we took a chance on it and ended up being very happy. It's just the right amount of squish and firmness for us and it really does keep me cool during the night and doesn't transfer much movement. My wife is sleeping better than ever. It did take something like a week for my back to adjust to the mattress but after that it was totally fine.

The family and I went on a vacation and stayed with some friends who had a purple mattress in their spare bedroom for us, it was the best few night of sleep I've had in a very long time, I went home and had the mattress purchased the very next day. I've loved it every night I've had my own

The purple mattress is a interesting and different feel with its proprietary gel like top layer but my wife and I have not been able to get used to the feel. I cannot complain about the quality of the mattres but the top layer is to soft for us. We both have a sore back in the morning since getting our purple mattress. I am planning to return it. I'm sure some will love it but it is not our cup of tea.

I was using an incredibly crappy spring mattress before investing in my first real mattress, which has been my new Purple. I suffer from chronic neck pain and migraines, and this has helped me sleep through the night and wake up with less pain - one month in and I'm already in love. I also sleep hot and this thing keeps me totally cool. I cannot say enough about this mattress and am so satisfied!

I owned a Casper and it was too hot. I researched Consumer Reports and there were 3 professing cooler sleep. I can vouch for that. This one is NOT going back. I have a Cal King. More money than Casper but what is my sleep worth? I made the right choice.

I havenot found a real comfortable postion as of yet. It does sleep cooler. I am disappointed at the price of your products because Rooms to Go advisetised the pruple mattress for lessand offered a free adjustable frame with the purchase of the mattress or free delivery and setup. Looks like I was way overcharged??????????

It's all the best things about a memory foam mattress without the downsides (heat trapping, loosing shape, that quicksand feeling of not being able to get out of bed). I LOVE it. It has significant reduced my lower back pain, and my body got used to it immediately.

Recieved are slate colored purple sheets and love them. They keep you cool yet warm and love how stretchy they are. My only negative which in my opinion is big one is the fact you only receive 2 pillow cases. I didn't see anywhere on their website as far as how too order additional sheets so i called. Was instructed that they don't sell individual pillow cases and that I should look elsewhere online (like brooklinen sheets) in order to find something some what similar. I'm sorry purple I love your sheets but why sell them if you recommend going else where in order to buy additional pillow cases?
