My husband and I bought the king size original purple mattress as an early christmas gift to ourselves. Our previous mattress caused me horrible back pain to the point that I dreaded going to bed each night. After the first night on the purple mattress, I was able to hop right out of bed with ZERO back pain! The mattress cradles my body regardless of my sleeping position. We have had the mattress for about a month now and I can't see us buying another brand, ever! We also received the purple mattress protector, sheets and blanket as gifts from family. I can not even describe how great everything is ... you NEED these sheets in your life!! I will be ordering more!! The sheets are so soft and stretchy... they hug the mattress perfectly and don't move at all as we toss and turn throughout the night. The purple brand has exceeded our expectations. Our comfort level is off the charts. If you buy the mattress, you need to go ahead and get the protector and sheets to go with it. We are loving our new purple life!!

I bought this bed in hopes that it would help alleviate some of my husband's chronic pain. It absolutely does. He was very much against me getting us a new bed. Our IComfort was just too soft for good support. I love a super soft bed and miss that aspect of our old bed. However, I love the ease of getting put of our Purple bed. Much, much easier.

We needed a full size bed for the bottom bunk of our daughter's bunk bed for one of us to sleep on when she has bad dreams. We bought a competitors bed, but it was too hard. We went with Purple and are so glad we did. It is the perfect combination of firm and soft. You don't sink in until it is uncomfortable to move, but rather, it cradles you. We are very happy and are recommending it to all we know!!!

Was a bit underwhelmed by the height of the mattress. We also don't like feeling the grid, and had to add a topper, even though "toppers aren't recommended". The end of the mattress seems like it hasn't recovered from being rolled up, so it's not quite a straight line. I had a queen-size Original Purple from 2017-2021 that seemed better.

For the amount of money I paid, I thought it would be this amazing difference from my old mattress. After about 3 weeks, I realized I could of just stayed with my old mattress for free because there is really no difference for me. My wife is sending hers back and I am likely to do so too and look for a more premium king split mattress.

We love the our new purple bed and pillows. The free mattress cover was a great bonus. Fit the bed like a muscle shirt, smooth and snug. The pillows are heavy and stay put when I shift, but always comfortable. The mattress is magic. When lying on my back, I can feel it give at my **** and shoulders, but my legs feel like they are floating almost. Meanwhile, my lower back is supported. Thanks Purple Peeps!

We originally purchased Purple because the foam topper on our old bed, although very comfortable, was really hot. We actually were staining our mattress from sweat. Purple was very easy to order online, was delivered within the week. It is heavy but once on the bed very simple to roll out. It took us at least 2 to 3 weeks of liking one night, to a little to firm the next, before sleeping wonderfully sound ever since. I didn't purchase the sheets however you can tell a difference in firmness with no sheets on the bed. We plan on getting Purples sheets or at least more stretchy sheets as Purple recommends. Overall, hard to believe it took as long as it did but we would absolutely do it again! This is by far the coolest bed we've ever slept on! Does it feel like an air conditioner....no. But it is by no means hot or even warm....very comfortable! J. Bullion

I bought the purple mattress back in April 2020. It hasn't really had a positive impact on my sleep. I really enjoy the quality of the material especially the sheets. The pillow is comfy as well. The mattress is a little harder than I anticipated and sometimes leaves indents on my skin depending on how I sleep. I notice I wake up a ton more during the night now but I do stay cooler on the mattress side. The gravity blanket wasn't worth the price and feels like it only retains heat with less breathability than my other blanket.

Purple is unlike any surface you had laid upon, but it's so darn comfortable. It's the best of all mattress worlds, firm where you need it, soft where you need it. It cradles your body with support, not in the way memory foam does where you sink in. Purple is like sleeping on a cloud. We also participated in the kickstarted for the purple pillows, and both of us wake up refreshed, no neck pain, no stiffness, no body aches. It is so worth giving Purple a shot!

I am a side/ back sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper so it has been difficult to find a mattress that we both like. We both LOVE our Purple Mattress! And, I can't promise that this will happen for everyone, but my husband snores WAY less now, and when he does it's quieter/softer. It has to be the mattress because nothing else has changed recently! I already have trouble falling asleep, and his loud obnoxious snoring would always start right when I'm ready to finally fall asleep, but not anymore!
