I have had a few mattresses, some good, some bad. This one is such an upgrade from my previous mattress. I have a bad back and the mattress has led to such a better level of sleep compared to the harder mattress I had before. My spine does not hurt when I sleep on my side or back and my nights are far more restful.

I'm a side sleeper and the Purple mattress is just too firm for my needs. I tried to get used to it, but have not found a comfortable position even with varying pillows. Perhaps if Purple had a choice of a deeper or softer top, it would have worked. Thanks for the opportunity. I've reached out to the "return team" and they were very helpful.

I purchased the mattress and platform after researching many other options. I am very pleased with my decision to buy a Purple mattress. It is so comfortable but even more importantly, I feel so much more rested and love that it is hypoallergenic. Best purchase ever!

I love backpacking so I can sleep just about anywhere. I've been sleeping on a mattress for 10 years that my parents used for about 10 years. It was just a plain old traditional mattress and didn't bother me, I was just looking for an upgrade. We've enjoyed our purple mattress, but I can't say I've noticed too much of a "wow" factor in comfiness

I have given it about a week or two to get used to it but unfortunately I am still waking up with back pain. I am a side sleeper and it does not work for me on this bed. I have tried laying on my back to see if that would be better but no luck so far. I was really hoping at the price this bed is that it would work for me. Love the frame though.

Before getting my original purple mattress, I slept on a 5 inch memory foam pad. While it was relatively comfy, it lacked support and in the summer would turn into a heat sponge that caused me to sweat so much it looked like I peed the bed. My friend got a purple mattress, I layed on it for a minute and I was sold. It was the perfect balance of comfort, but also supported you enough so it didn't feel like you were getting swallowed by the mattress. It is breathable, and allows me to sleep much cooler. The platform base I got with it is also excellent, and very easy to set up. However, there was a defect in mine so I called support to see what could be done. They had a replacement out in just a few days. These people have literally got your back. 11/10

We bought our purple mattress December 2016. We like the mattress overall. It holds body heat, I was lead to believe it was to be cooler. We started noticing it was beginning to indent where we slept,causing it to be lower on each side and ending up higher in the middle. I spoke with Conner in warranty department. We have nothing but praise for purple. Your company is first class. We have never experienced warranty service that comes close to what purple has demonstrated. Absolutely couldn't have been any better. A replacement was sent out to us in less than a week, and two men were sent to our house to remove the old mattress. Thank you,thank you, thank you!

This is the first time I've ever thrown 'serious' money at a mattress. The ordering and such could not have been easier. Im probably a bit over a month of sleeping on it and I just cant adjust nor can my spouse. Ive tried with the fitted sheet off and on. It's just to firm and my body aches when I wake up. After the holidays I'll be on the lookout for it's replacement unfortunately.

I was reeled in by the ad campaign, which says a lot because I haven't had my interest in a product perked from an ad in years (kudos to the marketing team)! I was however, skeptical. I know many people who have bought "the next great mattress" a hundred times over just to be constantly disappointed. I didn't want to join that club! I scoured the internet seeing what people thought and it was generally positive, so I took the leap of faith. It is amazing. It is everything I could've hoped it to be! The texture of the surface took some getting used to, but once I got over that, it is the most comfortable mattress (or most comfortable... anything!) I have ever had the pleasure to use, much less own! My fiancé loves how comfortable. She always used to do her work from home on the couch, but now she lays in bed simply cause its so comfortable! Our dog was very confused by the texture, but he too has learned to love it! The mattress doesn't transfer motion at all, so even when I am jumping over my fiancé to go to work early in the morning, she doesn't wake up! And she is a very light sleeper! My fiancé does, however, think this mattress keeps her hotter than our older mattress. We have yet to confirm wether or not this is the mattress or the new sheets, so it may not even be the mattress! All in all, 100% satisfied with this mattress. If you are considering getting this mattress, I would certainly say do it! I couldn't be happier.

Initial trial period is less than 30 days but I am still experiencing extreme discomfort in my lower back and shoulder pain. There has not been any noticeable pain relief to date. I will continue with the 100 day trial period in order to determine how my body will adjust to the Purple mattress.
