My brother has one and the one he had was amazing. I expected the same results. For less money. Come to find out we got the entry level model and if I had known I would have put the investment into the higher quality one. So it's not that the bed isn't good it's just I thought it was better.

We were looking forward to our Purple Mattress and would check daily to see if it had shipped. When we received our mattress we were so excited. The first 2 weeks were rough though as we adjusted to the mattress. I was heartbroken thinking that we might never adjust, but then one night I went to bed and had the best sleep I have had in a long time. After that, every night is a good nights sleep. It sleeps cold so bundle up if you get cold at night!

After doing exhaustive research into the seemingly endless mattress options out there, Purple sold me on their polymer grid technology. My wife and I are both multi-position sleepers (aka we flop around quite a bit) and do not like the sunk-in-quicksand feeling of a memory foam mattress. We want to able to roll easily when we choose to. So far we've have our Purple mattress for about 3 months and I - well, my back - thanks me every night I lay down on it. The mattress is extremely comfortable whether lying on back, side, or stomach. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to invest in a comfortable night's sleep. You won't regret it. Also, I should note that ordering, delivery, and set up were all very easy. I am not a paid reviewer, just a regular guy who is trying to help someone else navigate the confusing and overwhelming task of buying a modern mattress!

I did my homework, I watched all the You Tube video's, and read all the reviews. I was so excited to get rid of my old bed and get something great! So, I could sleep like a baby. Unfortunately this was not the case. Right off the bat I woke up with a stiff back and tight mussels. The paper that came with the bed said it can take up to three weeks for our back to adjust to the new bed. Well before the three weeks were up I had to visit my Chiropractor hoping this would help me adjust to the purple mattress. It did help, but I have still stiffness in my back. I willing to give it a little bit longer, but if I keep waking up with a stiff back I will have to return it. I wanted to wait a little longer to give a review, but I have had it over a month. I give this bed three stars because my wife says the bed is fine for her.

Well, my wife seems to have adjusted to our purple mattress fairly well. Me on the other hand, 58 days into it, have not. I feel it's too firm for me and seems to have a lot of "push back" on my body. In fact my calves and thigh muscles ache from laying on it over night. And that's pretty consistent night to night. I don't see any relief or adjustment occurring, sorry to say. We do sleep differently; I sleep on my back, a lot, she sleeps on her stomach. So that might be a reason we are experiencing the purple differently. I do wish the purple was less firm and maybe "softer". I will say that there have been times when I didn't notice my wife got up. It's remarkable how little motion is felt across that mattress. jph

We had a "memory foam" mattress prior to purchasing a purple. I'm usually a side sleeper so my shoulders and hips would ache every morning. I'd wake up feeling like I slept on a cement slate. Im 28 and I was trying to tell myself for the longest time that it was just me getting older. I finally had enough and ordered a purple because it seems the best overall for any sleeper. It came rolled up, so it was pretty easy to carry up to my NYC apartment. Once it fluffed up, which maybe took 3 minutes, I laid on it and nearly cried. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I would've paid twice as much as I did for it. I have never slept so well in my life. I also hit the jackpot because they had a promo where we could add on sheets for no additional charge. Holy Moly they are so soft and cool to the touch, so that comes in handy when you sleep next to a furnace person. Now my current issue is finding motivation to get out of bed every morning.

Amazing mattress. I usually sleep in one place and am a larger guy that sleeps like a brick. Which usually makes the bed have a giant pit after about two weeks. I've had this mattress for several months and it hasn't budged. Like sleeping on a cloud of science. Love it

So i loved the sheets when purchased and for the first 6 months. After that they went down hill pretty quickly . It has been a year an a half and bummed to say. My sheets have a big hole in them from where my wife's and I feet lay. We do move around at night but I don't think the sheets should wear out from moving around. Most good sheets companies that charge good money put a better warranty on there product. Im not looking for compensation. I am giving a review so that customers know that these are the first set of sheets that have failed.

As I side sleeper I was getting aches in my shoulders and hips. The Purple mattress came to my rescue and helped me sleep comfortably again. And every interaction with the Purple people has been an enjoyable experience, including order processing and customer support. Thanks, Purple!

I've been looking at new mattresses for probably a year I took a look at this before the stores closed for covid-19 and finally just hit checkout! I have had many problems with my hip and boyfriend has with back I do not wake up with half as much pain and I sleep like a baby. This is by far the most unique and amazing experience as of now it's been almost a month with the mattress the cover pillows sheets and I think I'll be a life long customer.
