I am a heavier body type (250+lbs) and my wife is lighter body type. We decided to buy the base purple mattress after our current foam mattress was sagging really bad after a year and my wife is pregnant. The process of getting the purple mattress was amazing. We ordered it and it showed up in about 3 business days. It fit right in to our existing queen foam frame. It's been about a couple months now and the mattress has solved some major sleeping issues for the both of us. Wife states I don't roll around as much and she doesn't feel like she is going in my crater anymore. Wife feels like she is getting enough back support and has been loving the balance of firm/soft the mattress brings. I hope this mattress lasts as advertised. Might submit or edit a review if the mattress does not hold after a year.

Our memory foam mattress was killing my husband's back, even though we'd only had it for a year. I really didn't want to get an innerspring mattress but I knew he needed more support. We finally decided on a Purple and we couldn't be happier honestly. After the first night, he was able to get right up out of bed with no pain. The best part for me is that I don't sweat at night anymore and I can actually use a blanket again. Also.... the Purple mattress definitely has more bounce to it than memory foam. That quality has a couple benefits but really the first couple times I got out of bed I literally threw myself out of bed because I was so used to the struggle of memory foam. The first time I actually fell against my nightstand because I was not expecting to get up so easily. I can feel the grid but it doesn't bother us at all, in fact it's kind of soothing in a strange sort of way. My only complaint would be that it is so thin. When I kneel on the bed I can sometimes feel my knee hit the slats under the mattress. Overall it is a fantastic mattress so far and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I knew it was time for a new mattress but didn't realize just how bad it was. After the speedy delivery of my purple I easily set it up, made the bed and promptly took a nap! I got up after about an hour and was walking down the hall when I realized that my back no longer hurt! Then to my shock I realized that my cranky knee felt great! Wow! It's been a couple of weeks and I wake up every day feeling fabulous! The only problem is that I can't wait to get home and jump back in bed!

The purple mattress took a little getting used to. It feels much firmer than my old pillow-top mattress. The first few nights I was pretty restless, and I woke up in the morning feeling slightly sore, but a good sore like after working out. After a week, I slept pretty soundly through the night and woke up feeling refreshed. I still am not completely used to it, but I am very much starting to love it.

We have slept on high quality memory foam mattresses for upwards of 8 years. My wife has had hip and shoulder pain from her horse training work and the Purple mattress has helped her sleep and be pain-free within a week. I cannot thank you all enough.

My wife and I purchased a king sized purple bed about 2 years ago. Our experience is quite positive. In fact, we are so pleased that we purchased a queen sized purple bed for our daughter! She was waking up almost every night on her spring mattress. It's been a month since her purple bed came and I can honestly say that our daughter has been consistently sleeping through the night. Fedex has no care for the packages they ship. Our frame arrived in a what could barely be called a box with dents in it. Fortunately the dents where in places that aren't seen when the mattress is on the frame. Other than that we love the mattress and the frame is nice and sturdy.

This is the best mattress if you are looking for a good night sleep and something that is very comfortable. Its great how parts of you just sink in and everything else is supported. I was sad that it took so long to be delivered but then you have to realize that it is being hand made in the USA and is so worth the wait. OK, now for the bad parts. If you want to be productive and on time to work this mattress is not the best. It sucks you in and makes it so you don't want to get out of bed in the morning. You will have to set your alarm clock in the other room so you have to get out of the heavenly bliss that is purple to shut it off. My only regret is not getting the king mattress. I will be giving the queen to my teenager next year and ordering the king.

The purple bed mattress with pillow combo has made my sleep better. I feel I fall a sleep faster due to the comfort and I am experiencing a deeper, higher quality sleep. I get up less during the night. I feel rested in the morning. My typical back pain is gone. Truly the best investment I have made.

Both my husband and I were waking up every day with extremely sore backs. We both have back issues, but our old mattress made it worse, and it wasn't that old. But we decided to replace it. We decided to go with purple after my husband was told by his boss that it was the best mattress that he had ever slept on. I took it one step further and got the pillows also, although I was disappointed to find out there were deals out there to get free ones with a mattress purchase I wasn't aware of, but I'd can happily say after 3 weeks of sleeping on new purple mattress my back feels a lot better, my husband has noticed a big difference in his pain as well and my neck no longer hurts from an inadequate pillow. I think the purple pillow is the best pillow I've ever owned.
