We love our purple bed and tell everyone one when they ask. I use to have a lot of back and neck pain and now my back pain is gone. I barely ever go to the chiropractor anymore. I was so bummed that I missed the kickstarter for the pillows but I am so pumped to get one as soon as they are released! I already told my husband that it was all I wanted for my birthday. Thanks for an awesome mattress!

Took about 3-4 nights before I my wife and I were sleeping soundly. Mattress seems both soft and firm at the same time. More areas of the body seem to have direct support than with a traditional mattress. I think that's what took a few nights to get used to. Also like the extra vertical space under the bed for storage (using the purple platform).

I ordered my first queen mattress in early 2016, and after six months I had serious trenches where my wife and I sleep. I weigh in at 170lbs, my wife at 120lbs. I'm an electrician, and my wife is a member of the US Army. safe to say both our careers are physically demanding, and we need the best sleep possible. I sent photos with weights in place of where we sleep and there was a clear three inch height difference from our sleeping spots and the center of the bed between us. It was replaced under warranty, and we got a new mattress. Unfortunately it began to have the same problems as the first. I replaced the box spring underneath with a proper tempurpedic platform, but no change. I had that mattress replaced less than a month ago, and already find myself rolling up hill to reach my wife or get out of bed. I am forced to sleep on my back instead of my side to save my shoulder from further stress. Unfortunately on my back, I snore too loud that my wife cant sleep. She's a stomach sleeper and says she wakes up with her lower back aching. Unfortunately with the money we have invested in the purchase of the original mattress, we are afraid to buy anything new, and are stuck cycling the mattresses out once the sagging becomes too much. Our plan is to save our income tax refund for a new mattress from another manufacturer. One that is much firmer in order to deter future sagging. I refuse to buy into any more bed-in-a-box companies, I mean no disrespect to the company but this bed is not for me. What is worse, is that that I get better sleep on a concrete floor during my lunch break at work.

One of the worst matress I have purchased. I realized purple mattress is just a hype which doesn't reach your expectations. I received a faulty Mattress which was replaced promptly but the new one turned out to be even worse. There is a big bump on the upper middle part of the matress which makes a person feel like he is falling into a pit as soon as you lie down. My newborn doesn't prefer being laid down on the bed which makes you question the comfort factor of the bed. I just feel it is over priced and over hyped product.

We're about a month into our new mattress, and still love it. It's a great combo of squishy and firm, and it's really comfortable. The only drawbacks are 1) it's a lot lower than our old mattress, so it took some getting used to, and we may still put a boxspring or something under it to raise it a little. 2) This might not be a drawback for many people, but it's kind of wrecked naps for me; I fall asleep so deeply getting up after 20-30 minutes is realllly hard. We're definitely happy we bought it though!

After a year with this bed it has really gone down hill. After about 6 months it started sinking in, after a year, you cannot sleep in the same spot two nights in a row without being in a big dip. I wake up frequently with back aches and joint pain. It is really disappointing to have this after only a year.

Can't wait for the pillows to come out! The bed sleeps great! I love it! You don't sink in so far that it's to hard to move, but you feel supported. The cutter that came to open the bed broke before we got it open, so we had to use a knife. Also, if your a petite person, you might need help moving it, it's quite heavy(as all memory foam mattresses are)

If you are over 150pounds don't get the purple mattress. I weight 170 and I sink into the mattress when putting my socks on in the morning. It's not a horrible bed just not the bed for me. The staff at purple have been so nice about my return and have helped me tremendously. Just not my style of mattress.

The Purple Mattress was recommended to me by a family member as I was purchasing furniture for my new apartment. From moving the mattress to my new place to removing it from its packaging and getting it onto the frame, the process was a breeze. I've had it for roughly three weeks and so far so great. It's extremely comfortable and I'm so happy I invested in this mattress!

We just bought our 2nd purple mattress for our vacation home because we are too spoiled to sleep on anything else!!! This time we got the sheets too...and they are amazing. Never have I been so excited about sheets!! They are wildly comfortable and they stay looking perfectly smooth even after you sleep on them. So now I've bought more sheets for the Purple at home. This bed (and now sheets!) make for the sweetest sleep! I do recommend purple to everyone!!
