I truly hate this bed. It would be ac1 star review but Purple's customer service is top notch so I gave two extra stars. We bought a Purple mattress two years ago. A month ago I finally had enough and told customer service that the mattress was hurting my back, it was dented, the frame squeaked... after proving pic of the unevenness and a video to listen to the squeak we received a replacement mattress and frame extremely quickly. Again, customer service is amazing. But this mattress seems less supportive than the first one! It has a different grid. It has the same issue as well- you can't flip it- so rotating it will only work so long. I'm sure in another year This one will wear out, too. These are too expensive to not last long.

I was hesitant about buying a Purple mattress or any mattress for that matter online. I live out in the country so shopping for a mattress is not so easy. I saw a few YouTube reviews and people had really good things to say. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but with no interest financing, I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. I love my Purple mattress! It is just the right firmness and I don't wake up my husband when I move around in the bed.

THIS BED IS DANGEROUS!!! You will not want to get out of it!!! We had a terrible, worn-out spring mattress for years. We HAD to get out of bed because our backs hurt so much in the morning. OUCH Then while between homes we stayed with family & had to sleep on a foam mattress. HOT! Stupid, insane HOT!!! Next, after the move, we slept on the couch & an air mattress. NO SUPPORT When our Purple Bed arrived we each slept a full 10 hours. Then we laid in bed all day long. Our backs didn't hurt. Legs, hips, neck didn't hurt. There was no reason to move. You will hate leaving this bed!

We're still working on our 100 night guarantee but the company itself is wonderful. We have purchased several items from them, the mattress, mattress protector and sheets and everything has been great. It's not often you have a great company anymore :)

We bought the Purple mattress before I was pregnant. We loved it right away. However, I didn't know how much I loved it until I was 7 months pregnant and I slept at my parents house for a week. Worse mistake of my life. My hips, ****, legs and back hurt SO BAD, everything was numb and achy even after the first night on one of their regular, what I thought was a decent mattress! I was so excited to go back home to my Purple bed, seriously. I laid down that first night back and it was like she was hugging me, embracing me back into a good night's sleep. I am not kidding, we are talking a huge night and day difference. I refuse to sleep on any other mattress, until at least my baby is born. Pregnant women- do yourself a huge favor and get a Purple mattress now!

I personally don't get the hype of the purple mattress. I am on my 2nd one due to my first one being defective and filing a warranty claim. I will say they were great about sending me a new mattress but now that I've had the new one for 2ish weeks I'm not loving it. My back is still killing me no matter what position I sleep on. I've tried on my back, left side, right side and even attempted my stomach for part of the night last night. I would recommend trying a different brand however I personally have tried many different mattresses and feel like they all suck eventually. A friend bought both tuft and needle and purple the same time and split nights on each one and ultimately kept the tuft and needle and sent back the purple so I may go that route as well

Slept on several mattresses during my short lifetime but the purple mattress is hands down the best thing I've ever spelt on. Tempurpedic, memory foam, mattress toppers nothing comes close to this bad boy. Then there's the price, unbeatable. They could charge a hefty amount like sleep number or other competitors but they don't which is amazing and the second best thing about purple mattress, quality of sleep being the first. You need this mattress.

We bought this as a bed for my step son and a guest bed when he is not there, but I have been sleeping on it while our room gets painted and it is an awesome bed!! It makes me want to get one with an adjustable base for our room but in king size. It is great in every way and I get a good nights rest every night I have been sleeping on it. I think guests and my step son will be happy!!

My whole family bought purple mattress a while back so I knew what to expect when I bought mine but that doesnt take away from the comfort of it. Unique design is the best way to put it, if you dont think you'll like the grid pattern polymesh I could bet on it you will. Give this bed a try at the very least!

The purchase, delivery, and set up were excellent. However, 3 weeks in, I'm not sure it's the right mattress for us. I'm mainly a side sleeper and it hasn't gotten comfortable yet- mainly my hips and lower back hurt. I'm going to give it some more time, but feeling weary :(
