We just unraveled the mattress, the platform bed, two pillows, and sheets. I am in LOVE. I got in a car accident years ago, and my back has been suffering ever since. My husband was waking up often not able to move his neck. We had been sleeping on a mattress that creaked with every slight movement and sunk right where we lay every night. We just took a nap on the new bed and woke up refreshed. I cannot wait for the first full night on this marvelous bed!

We were frustrated with the hollow middle of our previous mattress. My husband found purple on the web and we ordered one. No more falling in the hollow middle. In fact my husband says he can't even tell when I move or roll over as his side doesn't move it all. We are very pleased and now have ordered the platform which is due to arrive any day. So, I bought this purple mattress actually for my sister. She stays in my guest bedroom on the weekends sometimes when she is "on call" (she is a nurse). Her home is pretty far from her work and my place is closer to her work. My old mattress in my guest bedroom I have had since college - it is over 20 years old. Well, she asked nicely for an upgrade. She already had a purple mattress at her home as her main bed. I pulled the trigger on Purple because she was already a fan. The day it was delivered, I lugged it upstairs and unpacked it and set it up. I gave it a try. They safe right when they say it is soft but firm.. it kind of allows your own body to make the determination. Anyway, I think we have a winner in the purple mattress... when I upgrade my own master bedroom mattress, I will most likely go with Purple. I also got a free purple pillow due to a promotion. It is pretty cool too. Very unique but comfortable.

The mattress arrived amazingly fast which was great because I was moving into a new place so I didn't have to spend any nights on the floor. It is very comfy but be prepared for a different feel from typical mattresses. You almost feel like you are 'floating' in a way because you don't sink into the mattress unless you sit on it or do something else that puts a lot of pressure on it. I've been sleeping on it for almost a month now and haven't had any problems and feel like I get great sleep.

I have had this mattress for about 3 months and so far its been fairly comfortable. on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being vary hard its probably a 6 or 7 on the firmness scale. the only thing i don't like about it really is it sleeps hot around the lower back and hip area witch has caused me to want to sleep on my side half the night instead of on my back as is normal. I am looking forward to seeing how it will stand up over time as i am a very big guy.

I was sleeping on an innerspring-memory foam hybrid mattress with a pillow top. It started sagging and getting obvious dips in the mattress in just a couple years. I started having extreme pain in my neck, shoulders, and eventually down my arms. I started going to a chiropractor for the pain. That helped some, but she recommended getting a new mattress. I researched for weeks. I liked the idea of having the mattress delivered to my door and was going back and forth between two when my boyfriend showed me Purple. It was different from everything else out there, so I decided to try it. I've been sleeping on my Purple mattress for a couple months now. It's difficult to describe the feel of the mattress. It's firmer than I'm used to, but soft at the same time. I don't sink down into the mattress. It seems to hug my body in all the right places for support. I never wake up hot like I used to, and I no longer have to go to the chiropractor. The pain is gone. My sleep seems to be deeper and more restful. I hope that it lasts longer than my last mattress, because as of right now, it's the best mattress I've ever had.

Excellent mattress, we sleep so much better on this. I still wake up to change positions through the night, but i associate that with lingering shoulder injuries. We didn't spring for the sheets (I really like the ones I have) and with the purple mattress, I don't have to constantly put the fitted sheet back over the corners because it stays like it should. The mattress is a little shorter than i expected, but I can deal with it for a trade of a better nights sleep.

My husband had seen ads for Purple online, and when it was time to shop, he mentioned it. I was a little leary about buying a mattress sight unseen or untested in person. But I buy EVERYTHING else online, so why not this? In my research, the brand continued to be recommended by third parties, other reviewers and so on. The price was extremely reasonable for a high end mattress. WE LOVE IT. The only problem I have now is traveling! I once loved hotel beds, but now they can't compete with home. You've ruined me for other mattresses!
