I bought this bed as just an extra bed for guests and to have it cause I have major sleeping problems (never really sleep). Their bed was so so easy to set up. Bed frame just popped right open and the bed just flopped right open once cut from the plastic! So happy it came with a little tool to open it! Didn't have to wait for it to inflate either which was awesome!! Once it was all set, my dog got right on it and fell asleep! Now he has claimed it as his but it's super comfortable!

My fiance and I love this bed! We have owned it for a few months now and would recommend this bed to anyone. I sleep in all positions depending on my mood and it's been great. I used to start my day with back pain every morning because our other cheap beds. Delivery and setup was super easy with their rolled up delivery method. We are frugal people and like feeling like our money was 100% well spent. Buy this if you also like that piece of mind. I don't usually right reviews, but I wanted to write this one because I know it feels like you're taking a big gamble when trying to find a new bed.. Hope you enjoy it as well!

I used to have to take a sleeping pill or melatonin every night in order to get some semblance of a good night's sleep. Then I'd wake up every morning with horrible back pain, which at 26 is not a good thing to feel. But ever since getting my Purple mattress I haven't had to take any sleeping medication of any kind! I sleep so well and I wake up without any kind of pain anywhere in my body. It's amazing.

The purple has proven to be much better than my old standard mattress. My old mattress was a very high quality pillow top, but after 4 years it just has been terrible. I would wake up with back pain from the sinking. As for the purple mattress, the best compliment I can give it is that I have forgotten I have it. It just works well and I sleep great. My back pain is gone and it didn't take more than a week to adjust to it. I'm happy.

After much research for the "perfect" mattress I decided to purchase The Purple Mattress based on reviews and the recommendation of friends who had purchased. This is the best sleep investment I have ever made. I tell everyone that "it is like sleeping on a cloud".

We had been watching the purple videos pop up on facebook and then saw the great reviews the purple mattress got on sleepopolis...and decided to give it a try. I've never, ever wanted to tell other people about my mattress before, and I feel like I can't STOP telling people about our purple. Quite simply, we had no idea how well we could sleep, how comfortable and well-rested we would feel, until this mattress arrived. I love our purple mattress!

Super comfortable matress and pillows, horrible order and delivery experience. Customer service doesn't know anything. Website promise to deliver mattress in 1-2 days, we waited more than a week. Last item in our order was delivered in a month! Pillow covers ordered from the website are twice bigger than "purple" pillow - customer service just recommended to wrap it around.. sounds pretty stupid, right? Delivery guys just throw items at the door - no ringing bell or anything. Awful experience ordering from you. Mattress and pillows are still great.

So far so good. I have always struggled with back pain when sleeping, and my pain has gotten significantly better since purchasing the Purple. Most mornings I wake up completely pain free! The first couple of nights seemed hard for me to adjust to and feel good, but a few weeks in and I am loving it. The sheets are the BEST thing ever, I would highly recommend.

After two weeks, I'm still very pleased with this mattress. It sleeps cool, has the perfect amount of give, and doesn't jostle my partner if I move during the night. Minor delay with shipping, but that's to be expected with the pandemic still on-going. Customer service was quick to pickup, friendly and efficient and helped me greatly. The packaging was great. The mattress was rolled up tight like a burrito, expanded to it's correct dimensions immediately upon removing the vacuum bag and was ready for use, exactly as the instructions indicated. With regards to the shopping experience, don't make the mistake I did. Be sure to shop in a private browser tab with as many extra privacy services you can muster or you'll be plagued endlessly with advertisements for a product you already own. The sheet set is adequate. It is very soft, fits the mattress well, but is far too stretchy, meaning you'll end up tangled in them. They came as a free extra, so I can't complain too much. Overall a great experience start to finish.

My mattress did take a couple extra days to arrive than the original expected date, but once it finally arrived, I couldn't wait to set it up and try it out. Once I got it in place, I found myself wondering if going to bed at 6:30 without dinner would be acceptable because I just wanted to stay in the comfort as long as I could!
