One of the best mattresses that I have slept on. I had my doubts especially with the cheesy ads and buying online but when I first laid on it I was very surprised and satisfied with my purchase. It really is comfortable! My roommates are considering buying one now becuase they love mine!

Customer service was great when ordering, and ensuring that it came on time as we were adding a bed for a family event (moving our old mattress to the guest room, keeping new for ourselves). It came on time, but ended up smaller than expected. We later learned that there had been some manufacturing issues, but supposedly that has been fixed. We were promised that it would be replaced if we chose to stay with Purple. We decided to test it out to get a feel before having them send another mattress. At first we liked it. It sleeps very cool, which I appreciated, but the feel is completely different from anything else I've ever slept on. Over time my lower back started hurting, and got worse the longer I slept on it. We ended up going for a more traditional memory foam which has been much better for us. The return process was very easy, and the refund came with no issues. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service, but the mattress ended up not being right for me.

This mattress is easily the best purchase I've ever made!!! I was a bit skeptical to purchase a mattress online, but I'm SO glad I did!!! I no longer have lower back pain in the mornings, and my husband is actually snoring less (which is a miracle)! If you're unsure about purchasing this let me tell you- you won't regret it!

I have a condition called neurofibromatosis. It's a condition where there are tumors all over my body on my nervous system. This causes a lot of pain just laying in bed. However with the purple bed I don't have those issues. I can't wait until my next tax return next year so I can get the pillow to so my kneck and head can feel just as good as the rest of my body. Thank you Purple. Thank you. Oh by the way the bed also works with my husband bad disc in his spine too. Plus I am 4'9" 115 lbs Hubby is 6"2" and built like a football player. This bed is perfect for two extreme opposite sizes again Thank you. You are amazing.

I have just received my Purple mattress and have slept on it one night. I am blown away by how good it is! Absolutely the best mattress I have ever had. I always wake up stiff and hurting in my back, hips and neck, but not this time. No stiffness or pain at all. I had such a good nights sleep!! I will see how it goes these next few weeks, but I seriously doubt this mattress will be leaving my house! Thanks Purple!!

This is the best purchase I have ever made!!! Had major backpain for years and even was going through physical therapy! After a few nights on my purple mattress I was and still am pain free!!! I have stopped physical therapy and the purple mattress actually realigned my back!! I sleep better than ever now!!! And the whole process was quick and easy!!! Super affordable as well!!!!

The mattress took some adjusting since I previously had a vet soft mattress. After a week or two I plan on keeping my purple mattress. The only critique I do have is being able to feel the square design pattern in the mattress its self! Nothing a thin topper couldn't fix!

I had a chance to try the Purple mattress for three nights while visiting my son and loved it. I could not wait to get it. It took a while to convince my husband but when I told him I had had pain on my sides for over two years (I had to switch from stomach sleeper to side sleeper), that did it. The Purple mattress is soft but we do not sink into it - amazing. Best. Sleep. Ever.

I wanted a purple mattress for over 3 years straight and finally sporadically one night pulled the trigger... just after one night of sleeping on it I woke up the next day feeling 90% better. I have had terrible back pain for years from being a waitress, I see a chiropractor every two weeks and this mattress has helped the pain almost completely... never going back!

This was a great choice in a mattress. We watched many reviews and knows someone that got one as well. Still we were a little sleptical buying something we never got to test. We are glad we bought it. It sleeps great and have a hard time leaving it's comfort in the morning. It has also received back and shoulder pain from our old mattress.
