It's a great Bed, especially the sheets and pillows, I'm going to upgrade my mattress to the hybrid as I'm a side sleeper and I find the material is a little more firm than my body likes but it doesn't bow in like my old mattress used to, it would weak havoc with my hips. This is definitely better but I think thicker material is better if you're a side sleeper

I should have invested in my quality life before. I love purple and I will never go back to the old style mattresses. My wife and I totally agree on this. We are so happy that the bedroom is becoming our favorite place to be. I had issues sleeping before but now both (my wife and I) have a better rest and we are not complaining about the same akes we used to have with the old mattress. It also works great with our adjustable base. Just love it!

I have researched this bed for over a year and wanted to be sure. My family siblings all got one before me and told me how great it was. I laid on one for a few minutes and then decided to buy it! I got so excited I hugged the FedEx guy when he delivered it to my house!! I LOVE my purple bed!! It's the best decision my husband and I have made was to get this bed!!

This one started as a downer. It was stiffer than I expected or was used to. But, was able to sleep. A few weeks later the sheets showed up. That's the real showstopper there. These sheets are amazing. Totally made the mattress more for me. So, we decided to test the sheets on our old mattress. My neck pain instantly came back. I didn't even realize it was gone honestly. But, the old mattress has to go. The mattress on its own is a solid foundation. But, the sheets are an absolute must with this. They are worth it.

I love this mattress. It's soft, but not too soft. It's very comfortable. For the first week or two my body was in pain but Purple tells you that, after that time period of your body getting readjusted, it's heaven. It's a real thing, I didn't think it was. I'm a heavy person and this mattress is good. My friend is another heavy person and they love this mattress as well. I highly recommend this to everyone for everyone. Get a mattress protector that wraps all around so tje warranty is protected..and some help carrying the mattress when it first arrives. it took two UPS guys to carry it so yeah, it's 110lbs.

We got the purple king mattress 2 and a half years ago. I needed a new mattress because I was having back problems and back pain, so we decided to do a lot of research and we ended up deciding on purple. It was great for the first year and a half. Now there are indentations where we sleep every night (and we're average sized adults) and if I lay on my back for a couple hours in the bed, then my back hurts. That is the reason I got this bed in the first place- to get rid of back pain. I believe that soon after we got our mattress they came out with a new one. I hope it's better and much longer lasting! If I knew this mattress would only last this long, I would have bought something else.

Still trying to get used to the mattress. It's been about 2 weeks. It is quite different and I'm still not completely used to it yet. And for anyone thinking about using the Splitit purchase option, I strongly suggest you avoid. It charges your card the monthly payment, it authorizes the remaining balance every 21 days, even though the payments are due monthly. And if the authorization does not go through, you have 6 days to make sure authorization will get approved, EVEN THOUGH the main payment is due every 30 days. It's almost as much a cluster as my attempt at explaining!

There is a recommended 30-day "adjustment" period with this mattress, which I understand. However, it isn't looking like my husband or I will "adjust" anytime soon. I loved the pillow when I first received it, but now my neck is really sore every morning. We get up every day after sleeping on the mattress really sore and stiff, hoping we will get used to the mattress and that it will help our back pain. It seems like it has made it worse, and the mattress is VERY firm - like a futon, only worse. I had really high hopes for this mattress and am afraid that we have been duped.

I had an old mattress. My back has been bothering me for awhile. I never put two and two together until I visited my daughter who has a Purple in the guest room. After a two day visit, I came home and placed my order. It's amazing. I am sleeping better now. And, I'm getting up in the morning without the agony I was suffering before. Thanks!

I was skeptical that my back pain would be affected by a better mattress simply because I have never experienced this technology. Within days of sleeping on this mattress, it was clear that my low back pain was over. I would (and have) recommend this mattress to anyone. You won't sink deep into it, but that was my problem before and the pressure points are well taken care of while supporting my surrounding muscles. I will say the Purple bed frame is not "quiet as baby kittens" as advertised. It squeaks a lot, but I'll spray some WD40 on it and see if that helps.
