We've had ours for almost a month now and I can't tell you enough about how it's helped my back and neck pain!! I've been in two really horrific car accidents and my neck & back are just shot. I deal with chronic pain every day and used to wake up in the morning in so much pain, but since we got our purple bed, I fall asleep faster, sleep longer, and wake up in almost no pain - it's been a saving grace to me!!!

Imagine... you shower, get into your jammies, pull back your blanket... you're so excited to plop down on this well-advertised, cleverly marketed purple mattress... you lie down... and... you realize you must have fallen down and landed on the floor... Nope. It's you're new $1000+ mattress and you realize you've been deceived. It gets better, you wake up in the middle of the night wondering if you should just sleep on the floor...or your couch...or your car.... anywhere but this mattress. Then you wake up the next day in back pain and start a 21 day count down on your phone until you can call customer service for a refund.

My husband and I are both more than pleased with The Purple, and we've recommended it to many others since we got it a month ago. My husband is a bit "bony" and was never comfortable in one position for more than 30 min. which meant a very fitful night every night. His worst pains were his shoulders, hips, and back. Since the first night on The Purple, he has had NO pain and sleeps for 4 or more hours in one position without waking (I've witnessed it b/c I often read for hours before sleeping)! The other amazing thing is you TRULY do NOT feel the other person moving - EVER! I always woke up every time my husband changed positions or got up from bed. Now I wake up and can't believe he's not in bed - I DON'T feel him get up! AND, I don't wake him no matter how much rustling I do to get settled into bed! It is almost freaky - but WOW! Freaky is GOOD!

Get weird... in a wicked good way :) Your back and muscles will thank you. Some times you got to get weird every once in a while, but every night?? YES!! Have had the purple system (yes system: mattress, sheets, pillow, and PowerBase) for a month now; and I'm in love! There are downsides of course, like with just about anything, but the upsides are numerous! I sleep split between either side or back, and this mattress is perfect for both! Pillow: super comfortable when laying on back/watching tv. Though can be a bit firm when sleeping on side. 8/10 Sheets: just get them, you'll never look back! 20/10 Mattress: no more joint or back pain, soft yet firm! Can get warm on hot nights, but super cool by all regards. 9/10 PowerBase: dream come true! You will need help setting it up. The lighting is white (still wish it was purple). The massage feature is great and super strong! (I don't use it often as it literally shacks my walls even on the lowest setting) 10/10

We love our King size Purple Mattress! Slept great right from the start. No more soreness and flipping several times per night! Also very little motion transferred from one person to the other. We often don't realize if the other gets up to pee in the night. It has been a great purchase! I've recommended it to many friends.

I have been wanting to try out this mattress for over a year and a half, so I finally bought one this past fall. After it arrived I was very excited to see if it lived up to all the hype. Unfortunately after a few days of sleeping on this mattress the verdict is in for me, it is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. The mattress does conform to your body, but the issue that arises is that the mattress wants to return to its original shape, therefore it is constantly pushing against your body. This, for me, meant that I would wake's up in pain from the night before because of irritation from the constant counter pressure the mattress was giving to me. I am typically a side sleeper and my arms would fall asleep almost every night on this mattress. It also didn't sleep as cool as I had hoped it would. It wasn't as hot as a traditional foam mattress, but definitely not as cool as it should be. I think this mattress could be good for someone who only sleeps on their back or maybe on their stomach, but it definitely was not comfortable for me.

Had a semi waveless waterbed for 30 years. Needed to replace it and decided to give Purple a chance since we could try it for 100 days. After the first week, knew we would be keeping it. Sleeps as good or better than the waterbed. No back aches at all. Sleep all night and feel very refreshed in the morning. Would recommend this bed to anyone.

Sleeping on this mattress feels like laying on a cloud that is strong enough to support a full day's worth of terrible diet and life decisions. I wake up without being reminded that the burden of age and wisdom are pulling down from my back and shoulders, but rather refreshed and ready to take on more adult life problems. Every, single, day.

This one started as a downer. It was stiffer than I expected or was used to. But, was able to sleep. A few weeks later the sheets showed up. That's the real showstopper there. These sheets are amazing. Totally made the mattress more for me. So, we decided to test the sheets on our old mattress. My neck pain instantly came back. I didn't even realize it was gone honestly. But, the old mattress has to go. The mattress on its own is a solid foundation. But, the sheets are an absolute must with this. They are worth it.
