At first I was a little scared because who buys a huge purchase just through the internet and never gets to lay in the mattress. I was really crossing my fingers and I am so happy about it. It really is cooling and I don't have to worry about waking up and getting bad sweats. I also really just overall enjoy relaxing in the bed as well! To anyone who is a little hesitant because it is an all online kind of purchase just know that I have lower back pain and am so happy to lay in this bed and get great rest EVERY night. First I was stuck with a regular foam mattress it did not do so well with my back pain. So I kept on seeing ads about this purple product and I thought I should try it out. The first few days it didn't go too well but after that it was awesome. I was having no back pain at all whatsoever hyper elastic polymer does a great job at cradling pressure points and supporting your body at the same time. Only the purple mattress protector I did not like because it was not breathable and every day I woke up I would have a sweaty back and if you sweat you sweat. So I just went with a regular Cotten standard mattress protector, but overall the actual bed was amazing I gave it a five-star review I recommend you checking it out. go purple AKA the most comfortable mattress in the world!!!

Best sleep of my life! Not exaggerating. Only thing I regret is not getting this bed sooner. I've seen in past reviews where people said the mattress smelt like chemicals and yes it does because it come wrapped in a bunch of plastic. What do you expect. But it goes away and to each their own. Don't let it stop you from getting this awesome bed!

Though frustrated initially with FedEx and their delayed delivery date(s), Purple Customer Service made up for it. The frame arrived first, super easy install. The mattress, simple too. Sleeping on this the first time was super relaxing and it is a pleasure to have this for my guests in my home.

At first it took me a few to get used to. My body was so damaged from my old mattress that when I started to sleep on Purple it hurt more. Until one day it felt like I was on a cloud floating in the sky. I went on vacation and on my 3rd night sleeping in that bed I noticed how stiff it was and missed my PURPLE. I'm so in love with my PURPLE MATTRESS

This mattress is amazing, I've never slept on something so soft and supportive at the same time. I have a separated shoulder that I have not been able to sleep on for the last 8 years. The purple mattress really does have no pressure points at all, allowing me to sleep in any position. Also, this is truly a temperature neutral mattress. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and buy one!

I am a big guy, have been for most of my life. I have never been able to sleep on my side. My shoulder would hurt after a few minutes, not to mention my arm underneath. With this bed I can sleep on my side all night without any pain. The first night I woke up in the exact same place I fell asleep in. People literally ask me if I get commission on these beds based on how often I recommend them. You cannot go wrong with this bed. Perfect!

My entire experience with Purple has been amazing. The ordering process was simple, quick and painless. The communication from Purple and the freight company was also fantastic. The delivery and setup was excellent. Most importantly the mattress is literally the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. My husband and I had purchased the regular coil, foam, hybrid of coil and foam. We never found any of them to be great and we bought top brand name mattresses. The first night sleeping on the Purple mattress we knew this was the one. We love it and are so pleased with our purchase. Best night sleep in a long time! Pet approved as well...our dog loves it!

First night I slept on my queen purple, all I can remember the next day was the lucid dreams I had!! Didn't remember falling asleep. I struggled with what brand of mattress to choose because I've recently had problems with sciatica. I wish I'd gotten the Purple sooner because it's taken so much pressure off that area, and I've finally been able to get a good nights sleep. Whether I sleep on my back, side, or whatever, it's all good.
