I'm not sure how I feel about this yet (it's been a few weeks so far). Going to give it more time before I decide whether I like it or not. The "free" sheets that I got with the bed (I was not given a choice) felt disgusting and I donated them immediately. All spandex and synthetic materials.

It started in the autumn of 2016, when I realized my ever loyal pillowtop mattress had at last succomed to sag. Sigh After of hours, then days of research...seeking out non-profit review sites, you tube videos and reading/watching until my eyes crossed. I took the plunge and order both a queen size Purple Matress and the No Squeek metal frame. The mattress arrived first. As warned, it was indeed a heavy bundle. However, once unboxed , my 25 year old son easily ran it up our stairs using the straps on its amazing packaging*. Once upstairs, using the included "freedom device" I was able to open it up and get it situated all by myself. My husband, miniature poodle and I joyfully collapsed on it that night and became loyal spokespersons within days. All three of us fall asleep and stay sleep as we never have before. Best of all we have no aches and pains of any kind. Bliss! A few days later, the frame arrived. I easily got it up the stairs and put together before anyone got home. And they're right, there's no squeaks or wiggles at all. It feels incredibly solid and it's about as high off the ground as the top of my old mattress was with a box spring underneath, so there's plenty of storage room underneath. And I mean real storage boxes, not those silly 4" inch high under bed boxes I use to have. After a couple weeks of singing it's phrases and having every visitor "lay down on it for just a couple minutes", a half dozen friends and family placed their orders as well! Soon we ordered the sheets and pre-ordered the pillows as well. The sheets are delightful, so soft and very stretchy. Yet, somehow they dont feel overwarm as you might expect, nor are they cold. Truly magical. Our pillows arrived yesterday. Suffering from acid reflux as well as neck and back issues, I think we've tried ever pillow out there. None have totally fit the bill...until now. The inflatable bladder makes my pillow just the right height to avoid reflux and sans bladder is perfect for my hubbies aches and pains. Another superior product. So happy are we, that were now getting the cushion so that my hubbies bony chimney will sit comfortably at last. At friends requests, I've been giving bi-weekeekly up dates regarding our comfort and satisfaction, so I imagine we've helped sell another have dozen in 2017. Have no hesitation. The Purple products and company are top notch. You can't possibly do better. *No one speaks of product packaging, but I feel I must in this case. Both the mattress and the pillows come in super thick clear plastic bags with sturdy zippers and superstrong purple webbing carry straps. The mattress is followed up like a sleeping bag. The product is easily removed and these bags are and will be in use for a long time. I am not exaggerating when I say that I would happily purchase additional ones for travel and storage. Even the sheets come in a super thick, magnetically sealed carton, that I'm already using to store dog toys and leashes. There is little to no waste with this company.

We really loved the mattress but we also realized that we wanted our matress to be more firm so we ended up returning after 30 days. We unfortunately had an unpleasant conversation with one of the receptionist with Purple though. We we're trying to understand why we were still being charged affirm payments when Purple had issued a full refund. We tried to resolve the issue with affirm, but affirm directed us to purple. The lady was not patient with me when explaining why I hadn't received my money back which made for an unpleasant experience. She was fairly rude and unfriendly. I still would recommend purple but this lady really got under my skin.

Went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress. After trying all the mattresses they had, all I had to do was sit on the Purple and I noticed a big difference from the others. However, when I laid down I was sold! I have back issues and every other mattress I've purchased literally would make the issue worse. After sleeping on the Purple, I woke up with no back pain, or tingling sensations I normally experience. If you are looking for a mattress, try Purple! You will NOT be disappointed!

I have a back injury from a couple years ago, and have been sleeping on a terrible full sized mattress because I had mot been able to afford a new one. When the time came, I spent months researching and finally chose a king sized Purple. I know most people need an adjustment period, but our mattress prior was so bad that we already felt a difference after the first night. Two weeks later, and we are sleeping than we ever have before. My back pain is feeling better most days, and I already have more energy during the day. I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. It's somehow the perfect mixture of firm and soft. Highly recommend this mattress to anybody.

We ordered the queen sized mattress. Going from a King to a queen sounds good in theory to save a little bit of money but if I could go back I would definitely order the King size. The first night on the Purple mattress was great for me because I woke up with no pain in my hips. For my husband who has a back fusion had the worst night of sleep of his life. We previously had a pretty soft mattress so moving to this more firm mattress seemed to be a shock to his body. It also took me a while to realize that I needed a fuller pillow. I usually prefer one that is pretty flat but with this mattress, a full one really does the trick. I am a side and back sleeper. Overall my sleep has improved because of the fact that I don't have pressure point pain any longer. My husband has good and bad nights. I would still recommend the Purple mattress to anyone who wakes up with pain.

We had a horrible bed and I have a messed up back, after herniating a disc. I also had upper back problems that caused my hands to go numb every time I lied down. It hurt, a lot, to sleep in this bed, but that changed. I combined aerial yoga with this new bed and after several weeks my back improved immensely. Give the bed a chance, allow your body time to adjust, and look after yourself.

This mattress is solid. I like a softer mattress, my husband likes a more firm mattress. We both love this mattress. Delivery took longer than we had hoped. Ultimately we are happy with the mattress. I sleep on my side normally, but will often switch to my back and stomach-- the mattress is comfortable for all positions.

I love that there arent any "dead" spots in the mattress. It took a week to get used to the feel and now we are sleeping like babies. I cant feel my husband move in bed anymore and I no longer have a permanent dent in my mattress. Its still oretty new but so far we are loving it

The purple mattress has improved my sleep significantly compared to the spring and memory foam mattresses I have used previously. There is no dip or difference in support as you shift across the mattress which is a significant problem I experienced with spring mattresses in the past. The support provided is fantastic. Despite all of those positive aspects, I still gave it a 4/5 because I feel there one particular aspect that could be improved. I found that the mattress, once fully unpacked, was quite a bit smaller than a queen sized mattress should be and doesn't fit fully on the queen sized foundation I own. If the size was increased a bit, especially in terms of length, I think it would be a 5/5 experience.
