I have mine for over a year. Finally decided the mattress is what makes my body hurt. Stiff and sore after tossing and turning all night. Will not recommend this mattress. I guess I'm a slow genius since it has taken me so long to figure it out. My husband has the same problem, in fact he moved to another bed. I tries to chat with customer service but that didn't work either. They put an attachment on that I couldn't open.

Having slept on a sleep number for 11 years and hating almost every minute of it, I finally decided it was time to replace our mattress. I read more reviews than one should read on more brands and types of mattresses than should exist. I narrowed my choices down to 2 mattresses the Purple and another memory foam mattress. After a bottle of wine one night, and in infinite drunken wisdom, I impulse bought our Purple mattress. It arrived, my husband and I moved it upstairs to our bedroom and unrolled it. I must say it wasn't a good sleep the first 2 weeks. But now 1 month in, I LOVE IT! I have noticed that I wake up in the same position I fall asleep in. I have also noticed that I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I'm very happy with my Purple purchase and have been recommending it to my friends who are in the market for a new mattress.

First of all, I was supposed to receive free sheets with my purchase and I did not get them. I've only had this for about 1 month and I sleep preferably on one side of the bed most of the time. That side of the mattress is already sagging. It doesn't feel like it had the same amount of firmness as the other side anymore. I believe my purchase is warrantied and I am probably going to ask for another mattress, and if it does the same thing, I will send it back as well. I will say that it has made a positive impact on my overall pain and it allows my feet to stay warm which is wonderful. Hopeful to get a different one and hopeful that it will not do the same.

We had a king size pillow top for many years. I've two spinal surgeries and we needed a change. I did a lot of research online and decided on the king size Purple Mattress. We are very thankful we made that choice. I sleep more soundly and more comfortably than I every had. I travel a lot for work and the moment I sleep in another bed while traveling I am instantly reminded how truly comfortable this bed truly is.

I have had my Purple mattress for 3 weeks now and I have to say I love it. I no longer wake up with lower back and hip pain. For the past 15 years I have been sleeping on a sleep number bed which was great in the beginning but noticed over the past few years it no longer held the air and I would be constantly re-setting it. The Purple provides great support and gives where it needs too to elevate those pressure points. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the weight and the thickness. The weight makes it difficult to change sheets, especially if you have a style of bed where the mattress sits in a box like frame and the fitted sheet does not fit tight (deep pockets for sure) due to the fact the mattress is only ~10" think. However, these a superficially reasons, I would still recommend this matters just felt it should be known.

The platform with the "lattice" support system beats a box spring without question..I've slept on memory mattresses in the past and the support is terrific, but so is the heat! Purple gives me the support I need with no uncomfortable "side effects" Ron

After struggling with lower back pain the last year and sleeping on a conventional mattress, I decided to try the Purple. I researched several "alternative" mattresses. BUT I kept coming back to the Purple. I am sleeping without pain through the night. It feels so good to sleep comfortably again. I also purchased the power base, pillows, and sheets. The pillows are amazing. No longer do I wake up on a flat hot pillow. My neck is supported. The power base allows me to adjust myself so my body is in almost a floating position. No stress points anywhere. And best of all Purple is manufactured in Utah. I loved supporting a local company.

The level of support I get from my Purple 2 is unparalleled by any bed before. It's exactly what I hoped for. Combined with the pillows my sleep now feels therapeutic. I'm 6'5" 250 and I was worried about damaging coils but I can't imagine that would ever be an issue now that I see how the mattress reacts. It's quite an amazing experience and customer service has been great as well!

I waited over 2 months to leave a review so I could be sure. Yes I like the mattress very much. My only regret for this type of mattress is it is almost impossible to sit on the side of the bed as their is little edge support. That being said it is comfortable to sleep on and you do not have the sensation of falling out of bed when you are near the edge. I would recommend this mattress.

My old mattress was just so uncomfortable that by 430 I was awake waiting for the alarm to go off and I was the first person to work every day. That system worked out so well for my company that they gave me the keys to the gang box and equipment trailer. Wellll after I got my purple mattress I slept so well for almost 2 weeks I didn't hear my alarm go off and slept like I've never slept before. I no longer have a key to the equipment but once I got caught up on my back sleep I can honestly say I've never been more productive. Awesome mattress.
