I'm still a little on the fence about this mattress. Our previous one was just a traditional coil type with a pretty soft memory foam top so this is definitely a change. My husband and I have both been sleeping well but it IS different. Can't really snuggle into a warm spot with the purple...and as soon as you turn over the warm spot is gone! As I'm usually a pretty hot sleeper this isn't a bad thing..although on the weekends if I'm being lazy and laying in bed later, it's a little sad..maybe I'll feel differently if we throw a thick down comforter on top! I think probably the best part about this bed is that it would satisfy most people's desires for a soft OR firm bed...it's both...which is kind of strange. Gotta try it to understand it!

1. Return process is very poorly designed. It is not up to the customer to initiate the process. Customer must talk to an agent to set it up. It took almost three weeks to be able to get a hold of an agent(Pandemic issues). There wasn't other options in place handy for the customer who is wishing to return a product. 2. FedEx had us put the Mattress on our front porch, and never came to pick it up on time. We ended up dragging it all the way to FedEx store, who wanted to charge us $200 for the return, because we didn't have any return labels. We called Purple again, and were placed on hold for 45 minutes, finally someone picked up, and emailed us return labels, and had to talk to the FedEx agent to give them some "unique code." 3. Here's a question for you! If you were us, would you ever purchase a purple product again???

This is the most comfortable mattress we've ever had. After years of overrated memory foam that becomes a 'jello' mold we couldn't take it anymore. No more waking up stiff or feeling like circulation has been cut off in various parts of the body. Life is too short to not sleep comfortably. Like they say, the quality of one's life is only as good as the quality of their sleep. Even our dogs who get on the bed are sleeping more soundly through the night! Thanks Purple!

I have not slept in it the full 100 days yet. But I can guarantee you that I won't be returning it. The science behind it is real and I don't feel like I was mislead or lied to about anything. It's a good bed and I sleep well on it. The science is real and it really does help me.

I am very happy with this mattress, it has been a super comfortable sleeping experience. This is the second one I have purchased, the first one for me and this one for my daughter. I would highly recommend to anyone who has back pain as these mattresses have helped our family with ours!

I got the Purple 3 about 2 months ago and I have to say this is a great option for anyone. It is on the medium to firm side so keep that in mind. It is high quality and most importantly it got rid of my back pain. Like it's actually gone, I cant believe it. The bed is very comfy, stays at a neutral temp and it's bouncy which I like. If you are a back sleeper, don't think twice this bed will be amazing for you. If you are a side sleeper, like I am, I find it to be a little firm on the shoulders but again it completely relieved by back pain so no big deal. I am 6'4 and 210 lbs. I have to warn you it's a little painful the first week or so as you get used to sleeping on a quality bed. My ribs hurt for awhile but now everything is fine and they only time I wake up in pain is when I'm sleeping on a non-Purple bed. I won't give it 5 stars because it's expensive and the delivery took over a month. All in all it's a great bed.

I waited a couple of months before reviewing this mattress to give it a thorough, honest review. The first mattress created a groove in the middle. Purple was kind enough to send me another mattress. The second mattress, though, created another groove in the middle! This was extremely unfortunate. I wake up every day with lots of pains all over my head, neck, and back where the mattress touches the bed. I was going to ask if maybe they would be willing to give me the All-New mattress but did not in the end. I was extremely excited for this mattress but ended up extremely disappointed.

The first few nights were a little rough because we were adjusting to the mattress. Then when we got better pillows (not the purple ones) we were able to get better sleep. Now that we've been using the purple mattress for the past 3 weeks, we're getting much better sleep and I'm not waking up every 2 to 3 hours because of a sore hip or back. My husband is sleeping much better too, and not complaining of a sore back.

Owning the purple mattress has not been as comfortable as I had hoped. The mattress has helped in the support of my lower back. But the side affect I am having is massive shoulder paint. My lower half is happy, my shoulders are screaming for a change. So with that in mind, this mattress is not coming thru with the claims of the best mattress on the planet. Thus my rating; it is a good mattress for lower back but it is painful on the shoulders. Maybe it will work for others, but not for me.

I purchased a pillow for my child who is very difficult to find a pillow that can help him sleep. The initial standard one was heaven compared to all of the other brands that we have tried however there were a couple of features he requested to get adjusted. So we are re-ordering and returning in the process has been... Easy as pie
