After many months of waking up with joint pains in my back hips and shoulders and neck which i was thinking was all arthritis related due to my inflammatory arthritis .. i finally woke up pain free for the first time in months and was able to sleep through the night without tossing and turning

I found this mattress and decided "why not, nothing can be worse than the mattress we are sleeping on now". Boy, am I glad I took the chance on Purple. The first night I slept better than I had in years! Everyone who has come over and checked out our bed LOVES IT! The ONLY problem is that we had to buy a mattress pad, because of the warrante and we're not able to find one that had any give in it, so it does effect the bed's performance a bit. We already used jersey sheets but the protector is what we are having a problem with. IF you don't want to worry about the 10 year warranty by maybe getting an accidental stain on the bed, then I highly recommend trying a Purple.

First night's sleep was the BEST!!!! Couldn't be happier with the comfort of the bed. Only thing I was surprised by was the length of the king. I thought it was about 5 inches short for my king bed frame. It's a square at 75" x75". (Standard King size is 76" wide x 80" long.) So if you are tall you will want the California King. Wish I would have ordered that one.

The service representative, Danielle, was absolutely wonderful! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, but due to a medical condition on my end, I was unable to keep it. The return process was handled swiftly and professionally. Thank you so very much.

Had the purple for 3+ years but it went defective because the grid was sticking together. They were good about warranting it out. However, this new bed is SUPER STIFF. My wife and Is back has been so bad these past 2 weeks, we've both had to go to a chiropractor. Tried contacting customer service and was told we have to give it at least 30 days before they'll do anything because we have to adjust to the bed... Not a happy customer to say the least having to wait these 30 days. Will be contacting customer support on day 30 to get determination.

My wife and I ordered a queen size mattress on Cyber Monday this past Thanksgiving. We ordered several items, including the mattress, sheets, foundation, and pad. So far, we love all of the products. The foundation is very sturdy and provides more under bed storage than we had previously. The mattress is the best that I've ever had (previously had an air mattress with adjustable numbers, which I liked but...this is better). Very comfortable and I my sleep is the best in years. It took my wife a couple weeks to adjust but she now loves the mattress as well. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating is that the items were shipped separately. The mattress arrived first. The foundation arrived a week or so later. I would have preferred that they were shipped at the same time so that I could set the bedroom up only one time. The mattress is fairly heavy and the process was more cumbersome than needed. Don't know if delaying shipment of the mattress was an option but I would have gladly done that. Other than that, buying a mattress online was well worth the risk.

Been using the King Size Purple Mattress for about two weeks now, and already sleeping better and not waking up with any muscle aches and pains. I have minor back issues that I have been dealing with for a long time, that has subsided from my recent Purple Mattress nights. The setup of the Foundation and Mattress were really easy and quick. I also have to mention the Bamboo Sheets that are amazing. Thank You SO much for the Amazing Products.

I'm a big guy, 6'2" and 250lbs. My wife is a tad smaller at 4'11" and maybe 110lbs. She's a princess and needs a very soft bed. I on the other hand enjoy sleeping on something with some support. The purple bed was a bit too firm for her, but absolutely perfect for me. We kept it and put a pillow topper on her half. For $20 more we got a bed that both of us love. It also shows her where the halfway point is so she can stop encroaching on my half. I'm giving it 5 stars because my opinion is what matters, at least here.

I was hesitant about having a bed, base and headboard shipped to me, but it was worth it. My old bed was so bad I had to make the decision for change. I did a lot of research on the "foam" like beds and purple beat everyone out with what I was looking for. Cooling, comfort, firmness. I have been in the bed for 3 weeks now and my back thanks me. Also, the base and headboard setup were so easy to do. Loving this bed.

I love my Purple Mattress! It cradles my body as well as supports it. No more hot spots. I have spent a small fortune on mattresses, have owned almost every kind. This is the best I have tried! My arms and hands no longer fall dead asleep and my back is well supported. Its like sleeping on a cloud! Highly recommend!
