This pink sweater is the cutest with the US flag and hearts in lieu of the stars. The material is a thicker sweater feel which will be great for fall and winter. It’s definitely too warm for July 4th in this Texas heat. I’ve only washed this once and hung dried. There is no shrinkage and dries quick.

This is a pretty nice knit crewneck sweater that allows your kid to show their pride for their home state. The design is pretty simple, with the state abbreviation in US flag pattern. The navy blue makes the design pop out. The stars are actually embroidered. The sweater has a nice weight to it - not too heavy but also not too thin. Should work great as a layer for colder temperatures, or work as its own when not so cold. It has to have a good fit - size M (8) worked great for my 7 year old, and that’s his usual size for tops. Sleeves have a good length to it and work pretty well. Overall this is a nice sweatshirt and would also make a great gift for representing different states.
