Very nice all the way around. Still learning some of the features, but very satisfied. Great size, weight, color, easy to navigate. Received exactly what I ordered in a very short time.

The package was pretty beat up. So I didnt keep the product considering the fact I didnt buy the product protection plan. I returned it to the store and they thought that it would make it better to offer to let me open it and make sure that it worked.... but what they didnt understand is that I didnt know that it would not have gone out or stop working in a few days or whenever it wanted.... without the purchase plan I was definitely not willing to take my chances.

Thought i receiving a new product but instead got a used product/open product. Description did not state that before buying and when it arrived there was no plastic on product when to me means it was already bought and some returned. Nothing looked wrong with the product but would have been nice it stated that it was new, trust i wouldn't have purchased it.

Works great! Used it for kids virtual learning and cricut design. It exceeds expectations for both purposes. With that said, I paid $399 for it. I wouldn't pay more than that though. Think it's overpriced as is most electronics but people are willing to pay so. If my kids didn't need it for remote learning due to virus I wouldn't of paid the sales price either. Seems like these tablets are outdated within two years anymore.

This IPad is huge in size in comparison with my Ipad mini. It has a ton of memory and is very fast. I am really happy with it. I would recommend it. However, to get 128GB of memory, you pay the same amount as you would to buy a laptop these days. You are paying for the Apple brand, but if you want a tablet that does everything, than this is a good choice. In addition to all the Apple apps, you can also use Alexa, Kindle, Walmart, Overdrive, and Free Reading apps. (I got this so I could store and read all my Kindle books.)
