Looks like returned or refurbished product was sold as new with missing below stuff.  
1. The product was not delivered in Original Package. 
2. There is no Carrying case in shipment. 
3. There is no Quick start guide 
4. There is no Warranty card 
5. There is a small scratch on the headset. 
Please let me know how you can sell products like this.

I asked the same question to seller. The response i got is - We apologize for the experience you are having with this item. Although we know this has been a frustrating experience, we would be more than happy to return your item for a full refund.

Seller has refunded the full amount. But who would compensate for the loss of days, my efforts, packing.

I have wanted some Bluetooth headphones for some time and could not pass up the sale price on this premium set of headphones. Have not had much of a chance to use them but I liked the way the set up and charge and hope the sound is as good as advertised.
