Horrible ! cheaply made and you can't plug the cord to charge headphones easily.  Connection is very tight and doesn't go in all the way

I love my beats! I was so excited to get them and Sam's has the best price for them. The sound is amazing and the rose gold is a gorgeous finish.

I bought these for my daughter as a Christmas present and she is love with them. They drown out the noise really well

Got these for my son for Christmas. Sound is great and he will not take them off. Very pleased as a gift!!!

Great product! Great sound! Battery lasts forever! However the only downside there is, is that they aren't noise cancelling.

Looks like returned or refurbished product was sold as new with missing below stuff.  
1. The product was not delivered in Original Package. 
2. There is no Carrying case in shipment. 
3. There is no Quick start guide 
4. There is no Warranty card 
5. There is a small scratch on the headset. 
Please let me know how you can sell products like this.

I asked the same question to seller. The response i got is - We apologize for the experience you are having with this item. Although we know this has been a frustrating experience, we would be more than happy to return your item for a full refund.

Seller has refunded the full amount. But who would compensate for the loss of days, my efforts, packing.

Verify your Delivered items

I have wanted some Bluetooth headphones for some time and could not pass up the sale price on this premium set of headphones. Have not had much of a chance to use them but I liked the way the set up and charge and hope the sound is as good as advertised.
